We chose this 4k Blu Ray player as it was on sale and overall, it is a great product. We had one incident where a Blu Ray just stopped playing for no reason. The screen froze and I had to hard reset it. No problems since then.

The Samsung 4k bluray player is a great bluray player and shows great picture quality and great color as well it's a must have item

Great picture and 3D effects. I have an LG 60 inch 3D ready tv (not 4K) and it still increased my picture quality and brought out the 3D evem more that my old LG Blu-ray player.

My Samsung 4K UHD DVD player was a great purchase. The 4K disc picture quality is truly awesome, even my old DVD are near 4K quality, not to mention all of the smart features.

I was told that Samsung made the only 4K player OK, I had to buy it for my 4K TV and now that 4K movies are being sold. This will complete my system till the next one come out!!!

I bought this 4K player to try out, i haven't try to play 4k movie yet, but i played regular dvd, the picture look too blurry, maybe it is not a DVD player, if you buy this player and just play dvd like me, it is not worth of buying it

We purchased a 4K television and decided we should also have a 4K player. The quality of some of our older DVDs is amazing. We cannot wait to see how an actual 4K movie looks.

Sound is amazing so clear especially with the wireless rear speakers. Colors so vivid and realistic just like the movies. Recommend this unit to movie collectors everywhere.

Nice 4k picture but the menu on the system looks cheap. It doesn't even look HD. It's very grainy but as soon as you start the movie and the menu disappears then it's great.

Great equipment, nice to have the opening edge on the new k4 dvds coming out soon; easily function and connecting with one cord. The connector cord was supplies by time cable.

Even though the Samsung Ubd-k8500 4k Ultra Hd Wi-fi is one of the only 4K Blu-ray players, it is awesome! I can't go back to normal Blu-ray now - the Ubd-k8500 has spoiled me!

Once you get a 4k tv, you have to upgrade your current player to 4k blu-ray! Although it has upscale capabilities, nothing like watching a 4k movie on a 4k blu-ray player!
