I returned it after learning it would take at least 90 days to get it fixed and purchased a brand new one, lesson learned.

I bought it from Mexico and I had to travel to the US to change it for a new one, such a bad experience. I wouldn't trust in Geek Squad ever again, how can they certify a laptop, if they miss a big detail like that? Beyond that, I can't give a review about the laptop, I didn't try it.

Unfortunately the screen flickers a lot and the display zooms in and out. I decided to go to the store and after the Geek squad check it and calibrated it no avail. I decided to go to the Samsung floor where they have their display and have check almost identical with i5, with almost same model number ad it has the same symptoms with this Samsung ultrabook that I have. I approach the Samsung reps and he never seen the Ultrabook behave like that. What I have notice was when you close and open the screen, that's when the screen flickers and zooms in and out. Nice design, but poor workmanship...

Terrible laptop and defective. The cursor jumps around on its own wreaking havoc, highlights and deletes your text, clicks on ads, closes applications, and while you are typing the cursor jumping everywhere makes it where you are suddenly typing in the middle of previously written sentences. Best Buy and Samsung must know about this issue but they continue to sell the laptop. I purchased a 2nd unit and it had the same issue. They are trying to pawn these units off. Buyer Beware.
