Unless you are planning to stack your washer and dryer on top of each other, I would highly, highly recommend purchasing the pedestals! Coming from a home where I am doing at least a load a day, having that extra height and storage is priceless! No more backaches :-)

A must have if you don’t stack your washer and dryer. Way to much strain on your back having to bend down to put your laundry in and out of the washer to dryer. Also a good amount of space to store all your laundry needs such as detergents etc...

Definitely worth the extra money. Provides convenient storage. My previous washer that I replaced was also a Samsung front load. Ss I age, I find it cumbersome to have to bend down so far. This is much easier on my back

Solid pedestal for Samsung Dryer. Was easy to install under Dryer and was super easy to use. The only drawback is that they don't have a bundle pack for you to order unit with Dryer and have it delivered together and installed together instead of having to order it separately and make sure it gets delivered before the dryer...

Adding more storage to our laundry room was a welcome plus. The additional height to the washer and dryer makes laundry day easier than ever.

I did not like my washer & dryer stacked because the washer was too lower to the ground. We put them side by side on the pedestals and it's great! The height is much easier to work with. I think the price of the pedestals are ridiculous!

I love the convenience of the drawer and that it makes loading and unloading wash much easier. I do think they’re a bit expensive, though.

This helps make the dryer taller for ease of getting clothes in and out of dryer. Good storage area for pods not tall detergent bottles. I like it and it is wonderful for my family use. I have never owned one before and wasn't sure if I would like it but I do.

Basic pedestal but necessary. Works fine, goes perfectly with my set. If you have front loaders, you need this to keep laundry off of the floor and to save your back. These are pricey but I purchased on sale and absolutely worth it.

This stand really does make a difference in helping lift the appliance to a better height so you don’t break your back doing laundry.

A little pricey but you forget about that when you don’t have to bend over to put or take out your laundry. Back saver !!!

Brings the appliances to a level where it doesn't hurt your back. Easily transfer garments from Washer to Dryer. Also, great storage.

These Samsung Washer/Dryer Pedestals are great! They have our washer and dryer sitting higher... I don’t have to bend as much. Although the machines are taller than me sitting on drawers... I have room to put items in the storage drawers!!

This saved my back! Instead of having to bend down all the time to take laundry out of the washer and dryer, all I do is easily grab the laundry without hunching my back. It also is a storage space so it helps to put away cleaning items.

This amazingly expensive (for its function) add-on is sadly needed for anyone of any height to save themselves from impending back issues. Unfortunately the wife did not go for my more practical & economical idea of using cinder blocks instead.... Our washer is now 14 1/5 inches higher than it was before this purchase & now my wife is much happier.

I love these! Easy to install and makes a good appeal as well! Unfortunately mine did come with a few scratches on them though which is more on shipping than Best Buy itself.

Glad I got these. I am short and with the pedestals the doors are at eye level and I don’t have to bend over. I love the extra storage space.

Wanted these for so long and finally found them on sale. Was very surprised how much additional storage these added. Also love that washer and dryer are now at perfect level to transfer clothes. No more bending over.

Looks great, drawer slides out easily and gives good height to washer/dryer combo. However, these pedestals are not sturdy enough for the final spin cycle on the washer. I ended up removing the (expensive) pedestals as they caused way too much vibration and shaking. Yes, the machine is balanced and yes the shipping bolts are removed. These just don’t provide a strong enough foundation for the washer. The installer was nice enough to break off the cheap plastic clamps that attach to the machine.
