I ordered pedestals for both my washer and dryer at the same time. One was delivered 4 months after the first one. The delivery team installed the first one. The delivery team that delivered the second one refused to install it. After waiting MONTHS to get the second pedestal, I was told to call BestBuy to schedule installation.

I purchased my washer and dryer before purchasing the pedestal. It was not easy. You have to position your washer or dryer a certain way as to damage the steel. It was hard work but I love it now that it's all set up. The storage is pretty roomy. The average laundry product containers will fit vertically but larger containers will have to be put on their sides.
