The dishwasher is beautiful and I get many complements. It is also very quiet, sometimes you don't even realize it's running. However, the dishes sometimes do not come out fully clean and I will have to hand wash them. Also, all the dishes are never dried. There is even a feature to add a drying cycle, but they still come out soaking wet.

Had this machine 3 weeks. From the get go the door popped open during the cycle. Had to keep restarting the cycle. Then it started leaking from the bottom of the machine and through the control panel. Then quit altogether. Repair tech came next day and Removed some interference that caused the door not to fully close and he adjusted the latch. Ran it twice since and is much better. Have my fingers crossed.

This dishwasher is fabulous. It works great, cleans dishes very well. Is quiet. Very nice!

I've owned my share of dishwashers over the years but NOTHING measures up to this one... it runs so efficiently and quietly that for the first few loads I kept going over to see if it was actually running. Our Sales rep "Johnny Dee" is a rock star... always makes us feel like family and always has all the answer... a no pressure salesman, he lets his knowledge of the products do all the work.

Quietest dishwasher I’ve ever experienced, and I love the silverware tray at the top.

not what I expected for the cost. Does not clean unless all the controls are on such as heavy duty. Takes over 3 hours for a cycle

The dishwasher has been our favorite purchase of all our new appliances. Such an upgrade from our last old washer. So quiet when it runs you can't even tell if it wasn't for the light. And the wonder wall technology is awesome. Been testing it with dried guacamole, Mac and cheese, etc with no rinsing and it's gone after the cycle! Lives up to the hype. You need this one!!

It's like going through a car wash for dishes ....

We purchased this dishwasher after getting rid of a dishwasher I had for only 6 months. It was horrible, didn't clean well, didn't load well and left a white film on the dishes. We took a look at Samsung's brand new technology using a water wall. It cleaned every dish I placed inside and I didn't pre-rinse the dishes at all. Something I've been used to doing over the years. The programming of this dishwasher is so easy and it allows for areas in the dishwasher where you place heavier soiled dishes for that extra boost in cleaning. Also, my favorite part is I can load the dishes in the racks so easily. No fumbling around trying to make the dishes fit in hard places. The very top tray is something I really like. I can place large and odd shaped utensils along with my longer, sharper knives in this rack instead of trying to place them in a utensil basket; which can be frustrating. There is a utensil basket which is removable. The only thing I had hoped for was that this dishwasher came in other colors besides stainless. I have all white kitchen appliances and would have liked a white dishwasher. The first load came out totally clean and absolutely no film on the dishes. The glasses sparkled and the silverware was shiny. I am completely satisfied with this dishwasher and it's worth every penny we spent on it. I had never owned a Samsung appliance before and am so glad we took the leap and bought this outstanding dishwasher.

I was impressed with the quietness of this dishwasher! All the options, you don;t even know its on other than the blue light! Love the extra space at very top! Holds so much more than the average dishwasher

Bought this dishwasher to replace our 14 year old one. I have had the dishwasher for six weeks and have only been able to use for three of those weeks. Geek squad have been out to fix it three times. When it works it's great, it's the fact that it's not working which leads me to give it only two stars. I wish Samsung would fix the design flaws that cause the problems which seem to plague this variety of dishwasher.

I was encouraged to buy this by the sales person, after saying I wanted a Bosch. But I gave in and went with the new Samsung "waterwall" technology. Well at least 1/4 of the dishes needs rewashed after running a cycle, it doesn't clean dishes well at all or dry them well. You can't put tall cups on the top rack, even after adjusting it lower. Plus the guy they had install it didn't tighten all the pipes, and it had a leak so we have warped wood under the sink and ruined most of the stuff under our sink. I wish I would have bought the Bosch as recommended by Consumer Reports. I really, really wasted my money.

Not a bad washer, and it's pretty quiet. we bought this unit as part of a bundle. The wash cycles are very long and the dry cycle does not dry very well. The door flexes too much and the upper rack is too low to be able to put tall glasses in the rack below it. Does not live up to the other Samsung quality appliances.

Not installed straight, not working, had to have plumber in to replace valve, not sure now it is working well. Using to find out if works well.

We have five boys and wash a lot of dishes. Paid the money for what we thought was a good product.....NOT. Door would pop open when running, an stop. Dishes always had a film.

Looks nice and works well enough, though it takes 2.5 hours to do a load of dishes, which seems a little long. The machine is very quiet though, which is great.

Washer operates if door isn't sealed and shut allowing for water leak ( On my brand new flooring). Doesn't clean upper rack of utensils very well. Racking doesn't hold plates up straight so they fall over each other, even after trying multi rack variations. Doesn't dry well at all, allowing for bacteria especially if dishes didn't get all the way clean. It got a little better after adding a "liquid" rinse agent and "extra" dry cycle to every load. That doesn't make sense. Do not like the inability to set to a specific function such as rinse or dry. Overall i feel like my run down 15 year old unit that I replaced did a better job.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. I don't think it cleans as good as my old model did though. I also had problems for the first month or so with an error saying it had too much ions, or something like that, and I just poured water into the bottom so it would have to drain before running and it would clear it. Haven't had any problems since.
