I have a very standard set of kitchen dishes but did not find that the bottom rack loads well at all. Does not support plates or bowls upright, causing them to fall onto each other like dominos. Also half of the bottom rack did not come out clean, although I don't think that this is just because of how the dishes are loaded. You will also find the dishes are still quite wet at the end of the cycle.

We love this dishwasher! It is so quiet, we had to make sure it was actually on the first time we ran it. We love the red light that shines on the floor while is still running...it lets you know without having to put your ear to it. Wonderful, wonderful dishwasher, it really cleans our dishes well. Do yourself a favor and buy this one!

The cups come out with stains and the silverware is not clean.

This is a great dishwasher, especially for the price. All of the reviews that have the leaking issue it's because the middle rack isn't closed properly. It seems some units are being shipped with that middle rack not quite closing properly, but once you fix that it works like a charm. Mine had this issue also. The installer didn't realize it , and neither did the geek squad technician that came out to look at it. After doing a little research online I found the issue. You have to make sure that middle rack is closed all the way in and makes a very slight "click" when it's pushed all of the way in. When you pull on it it should offer some resistance and also "click" out of position. Generally the issue is the bearings are misaligned, and to fix it just pull it out all of the way and give it a good tug until it straightens out. Then try closing that middle rack again and if you don't hear that subtle click or the middle rack keeps wanting to slide out a little it means it probably wont close properly and you'll get the leak. Also look out for the clips it's supposed to have on either side of that middle railing, if those are missing it might also cause the middle rack to not close properly. Once I got that to work it works very well. It's very stylish, is very very quiet, and the waterwall technology really works! The dishes come out significantly cleaner than in my previous JennAir dishwasher. With the new condensation drying the cycles run a little longer (between 2-3 hours), but it's so quiet and we generally run it at night so it's really not an issue at all. Bought it at the West LA store and the sales staff there is A++. Got great help from John R. and the manager Jose is great also. They offered to have my unit replaced with another unit after the tech couldn't figure out the issue (since I was able to fix it myself and really liked how it worked I decided to keep it of course).

my dishwasher looks great but i paid best buy to install they came out and dropped it off installers came told me to sign then said they couldn't install it i had to pay a plumber to hook up the water lines and drainage lines the installers said they hooked it up to the counter but the washer doesn't work hasn't since day one!!! don't waste your money best huy installers

This dishwasher is extremely quite and does a great job of cleaning my dishes. I love it!

When they installed it, I had my doubt's was it going to get my dishes clean. Turns out, its very quiet and does a great job getting the job done. It even has a small tray on the very top for utensils.

My computer fans are rated at ~16 dBs, so i figured that 40 DB in a dishwasher would be pretty loud, so we bought the quietest one we were willing to spend money on. Boy was I wrong, this thing is so quiet that I have no idea it is running unless my ear is right up against the machine. Well, I can hear the water being ejected too. But that is pretty low as well. The unit looks great. The unit is high quality and solidly built. I am not really a dishwasher kind of person, pretty much all the dishes that go into it are already cleaned of any food stuff and just really need a little soap to get rid of the last bit of residue and oils the foods leave behind. The only real issue I have with it thus far is that the middle rack got out of the track or something and prevented it from closing. I spent a long time trying to figure out what was preventing it from closing, then I decided to see if I could remove the rack, and while it did not come out, it had a moment where it adjusted and when i rolled it back in it went slightly further back and finally started closing properly again.

The machine cleans dishes so much better than any disaster I have ever had

This dishwasher is practically silent when running. I love the blue led on the handle area when it's running. My dishes require little precleaning and come out sparkling.

Just bought this dishwasher May 31, 2014 and it's not working! Can't close the door to start the dishwasher. Checked to make sure there are no dishes or silverware in the way, etc. Husband checked as well. We're stumped! Service coming tomorrow! This is not a good sign!

I will never buy another Samsung appliance again! This dishwasher works great, when it works. I have had it for 5 years and it is broken down for the 2nd time right now. Every Samsung appliance I have ever owned has been a piece of crap, and this one is no exception. To top it off, very few people will work on Samsung stuff, so repairs are WAY overpriced!

On the surface looks great, but under performed and ended up with error code that makes it a non functioning item now

The dishwasher does a great job, however they have had problems with failures and mine was not an exception. The problem is an easy fix but the service company is very slow to get it done.

This dishwasher cleans amazingly well. it is also very quiet. I would not recommend the installers- they did numerous things wrong.....

I had to call for service repair with Samsung w/in 30 days of purchase. I have owned this unit for about 2 years and it continues to have the same problem shortly after install. The door will not completely and thus the unit will not turn on. I have to put a chair against it to get it to operate. This was supposed to be a top of the line unit but Samsung clearly has more work to do on this product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This dishwasher is so quiet that I have to touch it to see if it is working and my dishes have never looked so good

A very good appliance does the dishes a lot of space does an amount of time has LED lights no sounds when you're actually starting the washer drying time is great Lotsa room air everywhere in all three of the shelves adjustable shelves adjustable racks and it's actually a great machine to work withI would recommend this machine to anybody tha t does a lot of dishes do not need a lot of soap I had a repair man come out to look at another appliance and he said that this was the best machine that's out. How can I explain when something works so well
