I love the dishwasher it is quiet its almost like its not running it looks great in my kitchen.

Was not impressed and it was louder than the Bosch i purchased.

Well I believe the roller trays are too long The door needs to be propped up in order to have the dishwasher run or the dishwasher turns off again or you can hold it for two hours while it washes dishes Very disappoint

we had a lower model samsung that recently failed, so we upgraded to this one a month ago. its been very solid. the best part is the interior for all the different types of dishes it can fit and the top shelf is great addition that other model didnt have.

The Samsung water wall is a fantastic idea. It seems to clean the dishes quite well. This is our first dishwasher and it seems to work wonderfully. We use a biodegradable detergent so it is not as chemically harsh as traditional brands. The washer appears to have no problems cleaning except for really caked on foods. Other than that it works as expected.

Bought this because of wonderwall, had it installed and right out of the box didnt work, horrible product!!!

Very Quite--Love the Adjustable Racks and dishes are Very Clean.

It leaked a couple times during the first week so i have to get the geek squad check it out

Install was easy. Lots of room if racks were not kinda cheap feel to them would have 5 stac

i can't here it running but the dishes are spotless

The unit looks great in our kitchen and it works great. It is so quiet that you have to listen to know that it is running. The bottom kick plate is recessed and flat so it doesn't quite cover the opening adequately and you can see the gap with the cabinet kick plate and there is potential for stuff getting in below the unit.

I love this dishwasher...it is well worth the money spent. It is quiet and very efficient. I love the third wrack at the top for utensils and the ability to move the top tray up and down.

It is beautiful and so quiet I can't tell if it is on. I have to look to see if the beautiful and very cool blue glow light is on , showing it is washing . Really you have to put your ear to the front of the machine to hear it working! It also does an excellent job on cleaning the dishes.

Works and cleans great would give all 5 but doesn't dry the best

A lot of hype with the new water sweep style of cleaning but it is as good as advertised! Cleans dishes very well even with dishes sitting for a few days and dried on food. A little expensive but worth the money. Only bad thing is it is so quiet not sure if started or not.

I nerver had dishwasher that had a third rack for silverware and wine glass holders.

For my first dish washing machine this works well for my family of 5. This purchase was part of a kitchen remodeling and it is a beauty with plenty of room and cleaning power.

This is a great dishwasher with lots of great features. The 3rd row at the top is ideal for people with small children. This additional row at the top provides an extra space for bottles and other dishwasher safe things needing to be sterilized. This dishwasher allows the user the option to also do half washes which is a huge plus as well this way you don't have to wait for a full load or have to waste water on a half load. Great product and design!

Aesthetics: Like the brand-less front panel (I have different brand appliances throughout kitchen) and the recessed handle that shines blue when it is running. Function: Cleans better than our last Samsung at our last house. Takes long time to run 3+ hours. 3rd rack is great and has removable liner to empty dishwasher faster. Issues: Tines fold over too easy so some dishes fall over. Door seal leaks and will stop sometimes mid-cycle. This is even after making sure the middle rack is fully seated on the seal on the back wall and the rack is straight. Latch doesn't hold door well. Just a metal notched tab that goes over a plastic nub. The force required to pull the door open is the lowest I've seen on a dishwasher which maybe the root cause of the door leaking. Sometimes I can hear the water jets spraying and if I push on the upper left corner of the door it seals better and eliminates the sound. The latch is in the middle so most of the sealing force is in the middle. The door is "flimsy" compared to other brands which allows the corners of the door not to seal as well as the middle. After having the issues with the door/leaks I returned this unit to BB and got a Bosch 500 series for a few bucks more just as others have done that have bought this unit. BB picked up the old one and dropped off the new one for free. Bottom line: Cleans well but Samsung needs to address the door latch issue. A better latch and more rigid door would make this dishwasher at least a 4 star rating.

The Samsung dishwasher cleans dishes perfectly. I was not sure about the slide out rack but I really use it for all sorts of items.
