THe price was very good this dishwasher has a ot of different options including only using one side. It is so quiet you only hear when it is discharging water after it is done.

My wife likes all the inside features and different areas to clean odd things. It is very quiet...barely hear it running.

Compared to our previous dishwasher this is like night and day. Everything comes out sparkling clean

Very efficient as well as quiet. Delay start is very useful but almost not necessary since unit is so quiet.

First year it was working ok but the second year it doesn't wash at all the dishes. We called several times to bestbuy and they came and said that it is ok that it doesn't wash the stains from the dishes. I have noticed that last time pushed products from the BestBuy having the very bad quality. I'm thinking to start looking for another store.

Did not dry the dishes. Had to either dry each dish before putting in cabinet or leave the door open and let it air dry all day. Returned and bought a Kitchen Aid which has a drying element.

Was very unhappy with this dishwasher and have replaced it.

we were using Samsung dish washer before.our old one went bad because of hard water in our city.lots of scale build up inside.it was under warenty so if they cant fix give us choice to replace for equal value dish washer.we upgraded for new technology one.now we have watwr softner also works good right now.no scale build up. Works good with pots and pans made of stainless steel.

You get what you pay for I suppose and while it may be quite a bit pricey, it's worth every penny.

This is a very quiet running dishwasher that saves water.

The only way to know that it's on is by the blue light!

I like the options but can't stand the wire racks specially the bottom one.

This dishwasher broke after first use! Went back to best buy and returned this item and purchased a Bosch!

I got rid of this piece of crap years ago and I am STILL angry!

This is the worst appliance I have ever had the misfortune to buy. The first dishwasher didn't work, right out of the box. Several error codes, door wouldn't latch, leaked, wouldn't run in any cycle. Exchanged for another one immediately. 2nd dishwasher was worse than the first. The following problems occurred immediately: Door would not latch, and popped open several times during cycle. Adjustable shelf would not adjust. Called for repair, dude thought he fixed it, but then, more error codes and a puddle on my floor. Repair dude came back, fixed the door, replaced the pump. 3rd time around several error codes, door latch would not hold. Repair dude came out again, fixed the latch and replaced two circuit boards. Ran for ONE cycle, then error codes and door popped open again. This time the water would not drain and it became putrid waiting for a repair. The repair dude came back again and told me there was nothing more they could do, and they were contacting Samsung to replace my DW....NO!!! NO!!! I don't want a Samsung DW. I want my money back. All of this happened in the first 4 months I owned this Dishwasher. After writing a scathing letter to the CEO of Samsung, they agreed to give me store credit for any DW I want. Do not take chances on this unit. The waterwall technology is a cool concept in a machine that simply does not perform. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Oh and Samsung did not make any arrangements for the old unit to be disposed. I had to pay to have it hauled off. Thanks Samsung. Be sure to read my review on the Samsung refrigerator we bought. It will make your blood curdle. Please don't ignore this review...do not buy this dishwasher. You will be very very sorry.

Only problem I have is the warranty sticker they put on front and the glue will not come off

Supposedly, Samsung has recently passed up the competition for their dishwasher quality. And they've won awards, too., for their products and support. Sadly, this has not been our experience with this product. We took a chance on the new water wall tech. On the surface, it seems logical that this would provide better coverage of the dishes and get them cleaner. Near as we can tell, this part of it may be true. But this advantage is unfortunately negated when the product quits on the third day (the third load ever run). Product showed a 'leakage' error, with the corrective action to be to shut it off and call for service. As stated on the unit itself, we contacted Samsung for support first. The next day when they called me back (caller ID did not identify as Samsung, by the way), they tried my number but I was unavailable to take the call. The rep indicated that that after trying to reach me, he would close the ticket! ("Nooo!!!!"). But he also said he'd email me more information. In the email I received, it told me to look under the machine (not instructing me as to how to get there) and check the lines for leakage. Failure to follow the troubleshooting may result in a hefty fee for making a person come out there, if they find nothing wrong with the unit. Um....no. Bad support. To Best Buy's credit, however, they were very helpful in taking care of me. The tech who came out, fairly promptly, unfortunately did not find anything immediately wrong with the installation (which would've been one possibility). He agreed that the door latch seemed flimsy, although because we never actually found water leakage, we didn't know if it was due to the door latch, a faulty sensor, or something else wrong with the machine. Needless to say, given that and the very poor support via Samsung, we decided to return the unit and get another brand. I did see another review on another web site that also made mention of the door latch having issues on this unit. I suggest you do your research and be wary about taking a chance on this unit. As to the dishes themselves, it did get them clean. They were not dry at all. Not a very big deal for me, but still. Another annoying aspect was that the middle rack only has 2 positions. The low position is too low for our dinner plates, and the high position is too short for some of our glassware. The rack needs a middle (1 inch between) position and then that would be just right. The unit we're replacing it with has this feature. One thing our old dishwasher had that most newer ones don't seem to have, is an outward indicator that the dishes are clean. In fact, it would keep the clean light lit if you went into the dishwasher for a short time to get something and pull it out. I wish newer dishwashers had this, and it's even harder now because controls on the outside of the unit are apparently unsightly.... an example of when design misguidedly trumps function. Bottom line, important features of this dishwasher (and their very lackluster support) need some serious tweaks before you take a chance on it. I knew it was new, but reviews so far seemed good, so I took a chance on it...and for multiple reasons it just didn't measure up, I'm afraid. My old dishwasher lasted 15 years and was nothing special, but it cleaned my dishes and never needed service until the day it died. It owed me nothing. This one, on the other hand, is futuristic....and unfortunately flawed.
