In less than two months this dishwasher has failed three times, and customer service through Samsung has been beyond pathetic. They have gone out of their way to avoid standing behind their product and finally sent a company out that was insulting and arrogant (in addition to being wrong). Even with water leaking from the dishwasher, they insisted that everything was operating normally. Will never purchase Samsung products again, too many good options available to deal with their incompetence.

Started leaking after the 1st week ... Called Best Buy about a return and they sent 3 different techs techs out ... Each time the tech told me its the unit and each time Best Buy required another tech to come out (3 times in the past 3 weeks) ... Now they want to fix it because its now beyond the 14 day return window (they forced 3 different techs to come out. My 1st call was a few days after install) ... If they don't make this right I will never shop at Best Buy again ... Worst experience!

I wanted this to work, but all it did was leak and leak and leak. It leaked from the top of the door. It leaked from the middle of the door near the slit. It leaked at the bottom of the door. Yes, dishwashers should not Leak. Thanks to the good people at Best Buy for doing an exchange to a different dishwasher. Best Buy was the hero in getting this Leaky Box out of my house. The problem with this machine appears to be with the door design and the fact that is does not seem to close tight enough.

I'm very displeased with this unit. it has been repaired 4 times. The door cannot and will not stay shut during a cycle. It leaks steam and water in my new cabinets and new floor.

Got this Dishwasher about 3 months ago, not happy at all. You would think it cleans better but it does not. The way it closes, bottom rack is too weak to hold large plates they keep falling over. and frankly just not a good buy. If I could I would take this one back in a heart beat. Had another brand for 10 years with no issues, this thing I cant wait to get rid of it.

I have to wash my dishes by hand before putting them in this dishwasher. It doesn’t get even the smallest amount of food off my dishes. This is by far the worst appliance I have ever owned and I’m sad I spent so much money on it. The 15 year old dishwasher that was here when I moved in was better than this garbage machine.

Terrible. We have a drawer full of all the pieces that fall off. Has had multiple leaks. We outfitted our newly remodeled kitchen with Samsung appliances and EVERY one of them has had a problem. Do NOT by Samsung.

If I could give this product negative stars, I would. Have had it for 2 years and it leaks, throws error codes, the racks are rusted and now the water wall is stuck. Going to buy a new Bosch. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!
