Dishes come out nice and clean. I've been using the combo pellet detergent from Finish. Without the heating element, the plastic pieces don't dry, but that's not a big deal. The layout of the silverware holder makes it difficult to load forks/knives into the back without sliding out the drawer.

Great product so far no complaints at all. Does great job with dishes and the lack of noise is awesome

Wow this thing holds a lot of dishes. So much so that when it's full our cabinets​ are empty. This dishwasher is extremely quiet. So quiet that we thought it wasn't working when we ran the first load. It cleans well and we are happy with our purchase.

This Samsung dishwasher is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. It's almost impossible to hear it's on, until you're right next to it. Looks good and does a good job on the dishes also.

This black stainless steel Samsung dishwasher is a powerful and yet quiet dishwasher. All the dishes are clean. Remember to use both the rinse aid solution and dry+ option to have all the dishes dry up. Love the black stainless steel color.

Love my new dishwasher. It runs so quietly that you cannot tell if it is on by noise. Very spacious inside, so my tall drinking glasses fit nicely on the top rack. Nice looking stainless steel outer door. Very modern with blue pocket light.

We feel sale associates are always willing to help. Also like payment options. Had some issues adjusting to new dishwasher because our old one had served us well & we were used to it. New one has a different loading system, but we are adjusting. Cleaning well, quiet....no complaints at this time.

So far I love this dishwasher. Went from the Frigidaire Professional series to this and it was a great decision. Dishwasher looks amazing. The color works with any kitchen setup. Works great and cleanest my dishes have been in a while.

Overall I really like this dishwasher and it does a very good job of cleaning the dishes. Installation by Best Buy was problematic and even though I paid to have the old one removed and the new one installed, I ended up doing it myself after 2 visit from the Installers. Shouldn't have been this difficult. They were not prepared for anything beyond a simple swap and 2 screws. But again, we really like the product.

This dishwasher looks great, it has a nice accent light when it is running. However it's performance is horrible. The soap dispenser door doesn't always open. So needless to say, the dishes do not get clean. It is very disappointing to find out after 3 hours of it running that the soap dispenser door never opened. Also it doesn't seem to drain all the way and doesn't have a quick button to hit for draining for the water that collects in the bottom after loading it with dishes just rinsed from the sink or the occasional glass that still had liquid in it when you put it in. The racks are spacious but the inserts are not tall enough to keep plates in place in the front of the bottom rack and doesn't hold glasses in place very well on the top.
