This is a great item for a desk or someplace you may lay your phone for a short time then grab and go do something I find that at using this for overnight charging is not the best because once the device is fully charged it stops. I have had where it charged full at 1 am and stops then when I grab the phone it is already at 75% charge instead of almost full like you would expect. Otherwise it is very handy.

This does it's job well. It will charge through MOST phone cases but not all. Like some reviewers said, it will shut off charging once it hit's 100% so if placing on charger before bed, when you wake up, there will be anywhere between 93% - 100% battery. After a week of use, that has been my case. I've had a few times where it's at 100% in the AM but not always. Works GREAT for what I need though.

This technology is great. My only issue with this item is that u must place ur phone in that perfect sweet spot 4 it to work...There's been plenty of mornings where I awoke to get ready 4 work, grabbed my phone on da way out the door, and my phone was DEAD as a dog!!! Keep in mind also that this device doesn't have quick charge and charges real slow. It's more of an overnight charger!!!

It's not very heavy so sometimes it slides around on my dresser fairly easily. Sometimes when I set my S6 on it the light comes on and the phone beeps like when the charger is plugged in, but when checked later on i find the phone didn't charge at all. It has to be put on the base just right for it to work. I have an incipio phone cover and it works without taking it off. Which is nice.

I am giving it four stars because I am not totally sold on the product...yet. I used it for the first time and noticed my battery level going down instead of up because the wireless charger said it was paused. I need to research how it pauses or unpauses. If it stays unpaused I would give it five stars. Super convenient, nice design, shows colors as it is charging.

I purchased this item because I wanted to try out the new wireless charging option on my Galaxy S7 and I wanted a Samsung oem charger. The charger is slower then using the plug but very convenient. If you are charging it over night it should be full by morning. The biggest problem I have had is the phone seems to have to be in the perfect position. If it is a little off center it will not charge. This charger does work with a case. I use the Otterbox Symmetry Clear and this case is a little thin compared to others like the Otterbox Defender. I did notice with the case on the phone it has to be in the exact right spot for it to charge but it does work.

The reason I hesitated buying this item at first is because I thought that you had to take the case off. I asked the salesman about it and then he said we could try it out because they had one as a demo. I just placed it on and it started charging, so I bought it. It works great however sometimes I have to unplug it then plug it back in again to get it to charge.

I like this but you have to make sure you place the phone precisely on it so it can start charging. If you don't hear the phone beep or see the base LED go on then you are not charging. I was hoping is was a faster charge using wireless, same time as using a cable wall charger. As side from this it is just cool to place the phone on the pad and it starts charging.

I use the wireless charger for charging my Samsung S6. I was concerned it might not work once the phone was in a case but it worked just fine. Nice not to be hunting for the wires to plug it in, Just set phone on the charger and let it go to work. Also less wear on the socket in the phone.

I received this device for buying the Note 5. I wouldn't have purchased it otherwise. $50 seems a bit much. Now that I have it, I admit it's a pretty cool product. It takes a little getting used to the alignment process, but once you figure it out, no problem. It even works through the case on my phone. I have it on my desk at work. I frequently have to leave my office throughout the day. I used to have to deal with constant plugging and unplugging of my phone (or I'd just sometimes leave it there. Now, I just (intermittently )set my phone down throughout the day and always end up with a full charge by the end of it. Great product.

I love the fact you don't have to fumble around with the cord to plug it in to charge. The only draw back is it will sometimes not completely charge. Other times it does what it is meant to do charge the device. The device will indicate it had completed the charge, but the phone will show different. Awesome idea and I will continue to use the wireless charger.

I use this charger primarily at night. I like my phone to be fully charged in the morning so I keep this charger on the night stand. As for using it all the time I have found that it's a little slower than the standard (plug in) charger therefore if I need a quick charge on my phone I do plug it in. It's certainly convenient and handy for my purposes!

It works just fine and is relatively practical, however, I would rather charge quicker via the cable. The convenience of being able to drop the phone on the pad and pick it up when you have a notification or a call is nice because you don't have to constantly plug and unplug. But if you need your device charged quickly the cable is still the way to go.

I really like the wireless charger pad for samsung galaxy s6. It charges my phone nicely and I don't have to worry about cords which is great. There are some down sides though. One down side is that if you don't put the phone on the charger correctly then it may not change. Also it does not charge as fast as plugging the charging cord into the phone.

I really like this charger. It's nice to be able to just lay your phone down and charge without destroying your charger port. IT IS NOT COMPLETELY WIRELESS. It must be plugged into the wall for it to charge. This is not a power bank. If you're charging from a near-dead battery, the phone might get a little warm, but it hasn't overheated for me. It has indicator lights to tell when its charging vs done charging. I like that my friends who also have Qi enabled devices can also use it.

I love being able to charge my Galaxy 6 Edge on the wireless charger pad. It charges about 50% as slower than when plugged directly into the phone. But when I have the time, it great to pick it up to use without any wires connected, then put it right back and let the charging continue. Very convenient. Just need to develop one that charges faster!

This is a great charger. I love it because it's easy and you don't have to worry about yanking the charger plug from your phone. It's not the fast charger so it does take a little while but handles the charging well. It does light up blue when it is charging so it will light up a room if you keep it by your bed.

The wireless charger is pretty convenient but your phone has to be set on it perfectly in the right place for it to charge. It also is not fast charging like when you connect your GS6 to your provided phone cord but I understand the limitations of wireless charging. It has also worked with 2 different cases on my phone so that is nice!

If you are not concerned with a quick charge this is great. Have it at my work desk and always set my phone on it. Charges about half as fast as charger that came with phone. But way easier than having to plug a cord into the phone. I've damaged phones in the past with the constant plugging in. Just set it on top and leave it.

After setting this charger up by the night stand, it had a few issues with the placement and it actually stopped charging in the middle of the night. I returned it to Best Buy and the second one worked better but still needs to be placed exactly at the sweet spot for charging with no issues. It is not the fast charging version BTW.
