I got a great bundle deal on the Samsung Q8 QLED TV and the Dolby Atmos HW N850 soundbar before the Super Bowl and decided to try adding on these rear speakers as the Samsung site listed the 9000s as compatible with my soundbar. When playing good source material (i.e. bluray in 5.1 surround or Dolby Atmos) these rear speakers really fill out the sound. I have this setup in a 2- story great room and while there room is not the best for Atmos effects, this setup sounds amazing. The connection between the rear speakers and the soundbar was a breeze. The rear speakers come with a wireless dongle but it's not needed with the N850. It's not clear from the description but these speakers are not truly wireless. The connection from the receiver to the soundbar is wireless but the two rear speakers need to be wired to the receiver. Still, the setup is easy and they sound great when playing good source material. Highly recommended for true surround especially if you don't want to pay the extra money for the N950.

I recently go the new Samsung Sound + and picked this up at the same time for cheap and I’ll glad I did. A lot better than the other surround speakers they came out with for the MultiRoom. Right amount at sound when you watch true surround sound sources or lite surround sound on non surround modes.

The receiver requires an electrical outlet (which limited where we could locate them) and the speakers are connected by wire to the receiver module. But the receiver does connect wirelessly to the soundbar. Ours had to be located pretty far from where we sit, we wish we could figure out how to adjust the volume to make them louder. We also got the stands, but it would have been better if they were taller.

The wireless receiver is easy to install anywhere in the room and up to a distance far greater than any regular living room or rec room would need. The two rear speakers, small but powerful are connected by wire to the receiver and deliver great sound. Control of the output is by a remote with large easy to push buttons. A great buy.

Bought these to go with the Samsung sound bar. Had problems at first to get them to work (pair with the sound bar and TV) but got them setup ok in the end. The sound level was quite to start with, spoke with a member from the Geek squad and they recommended adjusting a setting on the TV. Worked well after that. They look good sitting at the back of the room, am pleased with the purchase

I have a Samsung HW-800 3.2 Sound Bar with ATMOS. These speakers were added to give me true surround in the rear. Initial install was easy, programming the volume for the rear is a slight challenge. I recommend YouTube videos for further clarification. The Samsung manuals are lacking. Overall very satisfied with these rear speakers. Also note that it is wireless from a controller to the soundbar but wired from the controller to the speakers. Great value for the money.

It is a little tricky to rate these speakers properly, so I will try to explain, the speakers look great, small, but have weight to them, you can just tell by holding one that it is a quality speaker. Obviously the speakers are not actually wireless as they are wired to a module, which the module wirelessly connects to your soundbar. Packaging is great, and also came with some extras, for wall-mounting, and also came with a Wifi dongle?.. supposed to plug this wifi dongle into the soundbar and that is how the rear speakers connect to the soundbar. Also, as far as compatibility goes, there is a list of compatible sounbars for these speakers and my soundbar is not one of them. I have the M550 (not MS550) soundbar which is compatible with the 8500s rear speaker kit, however this speaker kit (9000s) works with my soundbar. Not really sure how, I didn't use that wifi dongle thing as it won't even plug into my soundbar. I just plugged in the module and wired up the speakers and it connected to my soundbar and actually works really well. I really like these rear speakers, it really adds to the audio experience.

This little addition, surrounds you with great sound almost from all directions. It added straight away (paired easily), and started playing immediately. With Apps that play Dolby Atmos, you can close your eyes and know where objects are from an Audio and music can surround with big immersive affect. You cannot go wrong with this great addition!!!

Not completely wirelessly, main unit is wired to power speakers. Nicely creates the fill needed of a true 5.1 system.

I have had the Samsung HW-MS750 Sound+ Premium Soundbar for about 2, almost 3, years now and have had nothing but a great experience with it. I purchased these when I moved my TV above my fireplace and put my soundbar above the fireplace, which does not sound good above your head. I was hoping the rear speakers would fill some of that emptiness I was feeling. I ultimately ended up moving my soundbar back to body/eye level before installing the rear speakers but once I did, everything I watch feels like I am in a movie theater, even with regular TV. I honestly don't know how I watched TV with just a soundbar before, granted the Sound+ soundbars are already amazing at simulating surround sound but with actual rear speakers, it's even better! I know some of the other reviews talked about not being able to control the rear speakers with your remote or having to do it in a different way but my rear speakers adjust automatically with the volume of the soundbar. I've never had to separately adjust their volume. Also, I've never had any connection issues other than my wireless subwoofer disconnecting itself once but that seems to have been a one-off issue. Highly recommend these!

Nice addition to my Samsung sound system. I currently have the MS750 soundbar and the W700 subwoofer and this speaker kit adds a subtle surround sound to the room. Easy to hookup and syn to the rest of the system.

For only $70 (on sale) these speakers are a great addition to my Samsung HW-N650/ZA. There does not appear to have the option (that I can find) to increase the volume of the rear speaks manually so if the media is not set up to use them properly they can be a bit quiet. But I haven't found this to be too much of a problem for most new media. Also, the sound bar does have an option to turn on and off the rear speakers. At full price ($130 I believe) I would only give it 4 stars but the sale price of $70 is hard to beat for the quality so they get 5.

Bought these little guys to get the surround sound Experience and let me tell you they sound great. they do what they are supposed to do, they add depth and dimension. These Speakers are not huge so they don't add super low bass but they do sound nice. I've got the 10" sub-woofer so i don't really need them for bass. now for the cons, as many have stated they are not full wireless, both speakers connect to amp box. for me this wasn't a issue as i have places to hide the equipment. 2nd con which in retrospect should be grouped with my soundbar, I have the MS-750 Sound +. your soundbar controls every speakers volume evenly but if you want to fine tune the rear speakers as to make them louder or quieter you can do it, but it's both at the same time, you cannot adjust them independently. now i run my sound bar in the smart mode and so far it seems to be able to output sound evenly across all the speakers. overall i would recommend. watching movies with surround sound is awesome!

Great product! This wireless rear surround speaker kit really sounds great. It paired with my Samsung Q70 soundbar without any problems. There is plenty of volume through the speakers which is easily controlled/adjusted through the surround settings and the speaker level settings through the soundbar controls. These speakers really shine when watching movies or other sources with Dolby Atmos or DTS:X content.

I received this as a gift from my wife. She used my member number so I'm reviewing. Had a little difficulty connecting the Bluetooth. I ended up connecting via HDMI. Great sound for movies. Fills a large room well. Plenty of volume.

The speakers sound great, but they need to be close behind you to get the sound quality for surround sound, the room I have them in is 30’x21’ so I had to move them closer to the tv to get the sound I needed.

We have a small space and these speakers met our need. We have all Samsung priducts:TV, sound bar and rear speakers and it seemed less work as it did the sync easily. The TV control will control speaker volumue.

Wanted to complete my set up by adding these to my Samsung q70t sound bar. Overall they sound great, pairing was easy. Just wish they had more volume control.
