Great sci fi series for those who are into sci fi fans

Big fan of Amanda Tapping and so had to have this series. Watched bits & pieces when it first aired but missed the majority. Great to see it without commercials. Very technically sophisticated production that will undoubtedly set the mark for future efforts of it's kind. Most episodes are genuinely interesting (good scripts & direction), some are duds. Supporting cast is worthy. Hated to see the Ashley character go (after she finally built up some cred) though the follow-on character had her own charm. Overall a very meritable effort, in my opinion. Shipping detail- first set was received damaged... contacted Best Buy and they had another out to me within 2 days. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Best Buy!

Over all I do love this series..A couple of season stumbled a little bit, but were still very good..None of the seasons compare to seasons 1 and 2, those are my favorites. Season 3 and 4 were also good. I would try to catch them on sale, but have never seen this title on sale..
