I have reformatted and done all the necessary steps to make it work. I even went to best buy and it worked and read on my Mac, what a coincidence. then when I get home it doesn't work. contacted support and the wanted to charge me 180$ for a plan I don't need for a problem that is on their end. overall horrible product and a huge waste of time and money. save the headache and get something else.
