I've used iPod Shuffles for a while but the last two gave me trouble and I finally got tired of replacing them (supposedly they are sensitive to sweat - really?) Looked for alternatives and this device seemed to have pretty good reviews. I've had it for about six months and it works pretty well. Definitely not as convenient since it can't work directly with iTunes, but it has a ton of storage and lots of functions including radio, timer, etc. It has a few quirks but has been going strong longer than my last Shuffle.

i bought this mp3 because I've used previous versions of this same product a couple of years back. I always liked them because of the small portable size and ease of navigating through the songs and playlists. It's simple and easy to use and I love that about these mp3s. This mp3 uses windows media player and it's very easy to sync songs to it. I love it but it is roughly the size of 3 wide long postage stamps.

So far loving this MP3 player. Love the size and the fact that it's got a clip. Easy to load music onto and like the fact that it's got a micro card slot to add more storage. All In All Good PRODUCT For The Low price.

I have had a sansa clip for several years. I had been looking at the Clip Sport some. My wife picked one up for me. I am very happy with it. I use it mainly for working out. It is a basic no-frills player, but most importantly, the sound is great. The buds it comes with sound very good, but I have a pair of sennheiser earbuds and that makes it even better. bottom line is: easy to use, amazing sound, good quality. Has all the features you need (including FM tuner), none that you don't. Excellent overall.

This little device has been GREAT. I bought it primarily for the FM radio. I didn't necessarily need another iPod. I just wanted to have a simple radio to listen to college football broadcasts and radio stations while I workout, so the MP3 player is just a bonus. As far as the radio, the reception is good for me, and the sound quality is great too. In fact, it sounds much better than I expected. Good earphones too for a little radio. It is so small and lightweight, you barely even know it's in your pocket. For the money, this is a GREAT little device. Highly recommended.

Small, but not too small. Easy to drag and drop the tunes from computer. Plays well. Included headphones have good sound and comfort. Highly recommended!

First time purchasing an MP3 player, and found the SanDisk Clip Sport 8GB easy to understand. Had no problem downloading hundreds of my favorite songs, and the radio has great reception. Love the color screen! Downloading books will be a plus as well, but must use the Audible service to do so. Great customer service at the Naples Best Buy. I saw the player on line, but not in store. The rep immediately looked it up, told me how many were at nearby stores, but ultimately ordered 2 for me ( my wife wanted one too!) and had them delivered to the Naples store in a couple days. Will be great to use on our upcoming plane trip!

With Apple bolting the market, we snapped up 3 of these. They're small, effective, reliable and well priced in the MP3 market. Prefer the ability to move music easily and these are easy to drag/drop. Have used SanDisk products for years. This MP3 has a larger screen, even if you wear glasses and lights up. Excellent product. Long battery life. Have used older versions for years without replacement. Keep them in stock!

Great little mp3player, I have bought a number of them because I use them at the gym and I always carry 2, in case one runs out of charge. They take a mini sd card so you can store thousands of songs. They work great and the only reason I have had a number of them is I lose them or they are stolen at the gym. I also use one all night with relaxing sleep music. In spite of all the use they get, they hold up well. I have only had to replace them because of loss or theft, not because of failure of the device. Note that you do not have to buy the 16 gig model because you can store all your music on a mini ad card.

like the size and appearance. Sound is really good but the earbuds fell apart and I had to replace them.

I purchased this for my wife. she finds it easy to use and is pleased with the sound quality. the unit holds a charge well and is very easy to charge by just plugging into the computer.

A lot of memory, tiny device has clipper to clip on your clothes so it dosent fall while you go for a run .

This MP3 player is light and easy to store and clip on clothing. Quality of the sound very good. Directional buttons are small but cover the basics, including getting FM stations.

This is a great mp3 for short money holds tons of muisc also video easy to use great sound. Long lasting battery i would buy this item again i would recommend this item to a friend and any one else that was looking for an mp3 player

I actually bought this for my 69 year old Father. He enjoys music but is not too tech savvy. I downloaded the music for him and he has no problems operating it, it's perfect for him. He doesn't like complicated gadgets, and this was perfect for him. It is also very clear to listen too and sure is a lot cheaper alternative than the Apple versions.

This is my sixth or seventh MP3 player in 8 years and over all it's the best I work in a dusty environment where temps can go from hot to freezing. I use a MP3 all the time listening mostly to audio books, but also music. The work conditions might play a large factor in the life of the MP3 players I've tried. So far this MP3 player has worked very well the clip makes it easy to carry, the screen is easy to read and the controls are good, would be great but to take it out of locked mode is tricky. Most of the time it takes me two or three tries to get it to unlock, you have to press and hold the back button just the right amount of time. The only other glitch I have had was when I ran the battery out, Then tried to charge it and load more onto it from a computer for some reason it wouldn't work even used three different computers, then just tried charging it from a wall socket and it worked fine. Well worth the money for this player and the ability to add memory is a big plus.

easy to use and very easy to store music and very compact

Was The ONLY choice of a sole MP3 player in store. Memory is expandable. Great for the gym or running. Almost disposable- great for people who constantly lose things or have their gym locker broken into...nobody wanted to steal this one :) The Gym thief kept moving on for the iPods and Phones on their last spree. Mission Accomoplished!

My son really likes it, it is very light and easy to operate & it holds plenty of music
