    The card themselves are a great purchase. The ordering program did not place my address on the delivery for some reason. Luckily the address they went to belonged to an honest person who knew me and brought it to me.

    Horrible Customer Service Experience

    One of the worst purchasing experiences of my life. Chatted with Best Buy to price match to B&H Photo. They were shipping 2 day. Best Buy offered me two options. Ship to store and arrive in 4 days. Ship to home and arrive next day. Both were free options. So I pick the next day because I’m leaving for a trip in 2 days. I asked the chat agent if it’s really next day and they said yes you don’t have to worry. Get an email that same day and the charge on my card with the item shipped. The next day arrives and product never arrived. So I give it till the following morning. Still nothing. Later that day I call best buy support. I explain to them and the guy says “It’s most likely lost.” I explain that I understand these things can happen but I am leaving for a trip in less than 24 hours and if there is anyway I can go to a best buy store and pick up this item or pick up nearby. He looks and says nothing is available. I explain that I need a specific type of card for my camera (v60 or v90). But also explain that i will not pay more than the original amount as Best Buy lost my package and they need to come up with a solution. He says he can’t do anything. An hour wasted so next morning I try again. Bounced between various departments and agents trying to get a supervisor after 3 people hung up their call on me. Finally I speak to a supervisor and they said they can ship the item to me or issue a refund. I said that’s not a solution. I explain that Best Buy lost my package. If the carrier lost the package, Best Buy chose the carrier and not me. Best Buy agent promised next day shipment and I was understanding enough to wait an extra day from the original promised day. They said they will not give me any other options as it’s out of their hands. After 3 hours trying to get a solution, I gave up. This review is not for the product but more so the experience. I understand these things can happen but as a brand, Best Buy should look out for the customer and try to deliver an exceptional experience. If they acknowledge that the package is lost and they need to look into other options, they should try to deliver something to me or have me pick up an item that same day even if it costs more and adjust the price. They should compensate for my time lost. I have ordered things from B&H before and they have always lived up to the two day delivery every time. Just this experience has made me cut all purchasing ties with Best Buy. I understand they will not have an impact from one person but at the end of the day, it still matters.

    After purchasing this, I found there are cheaper and faster SD.
