Couldn't Able to Format

I tried it on several different computers with no luck. I tried to re-format. I had no luck. After 10% were done, the process stopped. Now, the device is unreadable. I need to return it, but I could not format it. Thus, all the info I downloaded on this SSD could be easily restored by a third party (the manufacturer). Now I'm stuck with this $350 piece of junk.

Horrible - Faulty Drive

The drive will fail after a few months and erase all of your data. This drive is a lemon, and BB refuses to issue a refund. As a long time BB customer, this is extremely disappointing. It's a faulty drive and this is a known issue, yet they continue to sell it. Do your research.

When attempting to download files it worked for a while then all the data disappeared and it told me I had to format the drive. I followed the link but it did not work. Speaking with the company was very frustrating. No real explanation. I own three of these drives and have never had this problem

Bought 2 on 12/27/23 and one is ok and one faied after months of putting photos and videos on it. What would yall recommend for a good external hard drive…. I thought this was the best!!!!!

Shabby Performance

The performance was noticeably less than an inferior prodcuct.

Failed Twice within Weeks

The 4T has issues. I do run a 2T that has been great. I can also say Best Buy was great and let me exchange it for a Crucial SSD.

I’m pleased with its performance

I use it to do full image backups of my Windows 10 pc. I also use it on my iPad to backup photos, videos, and other files. Seems to be very fast. Copies 145 gigabytes in a matter of minutes. It gets warm, so I aim a very small usb fan at it. Don’t know if it is necessary but better to be safe than sorry.

The drive is thin and light som that I have it velcro attached to the rear of the computer stand and the short USB-C cord plugged into the rear of the computer. No straggly wires and very neat. Highly recommend SanDisk 4TB SSD!

I use these for video editing, one for the video files and a second one for the cache files. Each are connected via high-speed USB-C cables.
