This is such an easy product to use!! Love the size, easy to take on the go!

My mother had no problem figuring out how to get her Iphone and Ipad backed up to this; which is nice because the Icloud leaves some to be desired when it comes to being sure you have everything backed up.

This is an amazing device and works so well! Does everthing it claims to do and is so easy to use.

The unit is not nearly as fast as I thought it would be. The instructions very poor. The Lightning connector to iPad is very difficult to connect. I will keep the unit and try to work through the problems but wish there was a help line available

I found it easy to off-load and transfer photos with the San Disk Flash drive. Simply plug it into the phone, push a button and wait for the transfer light to change. This allowed me to take many additional pictures while on vacation.

Had high hopes for this storage device. Wanted to store photos and videos and free space on my 4th generation iPad with retina screen. But I am on iCloud so everything is already stored there and must be brought down to my iPad before it can be stored on the SanDisk iXpand flash Drive with 64GB.(iCloud is only 50GB). But I have very slow dial-up WiFi so you can see the problem. If and when I get faster WiFi it should work.

Works great. Just had to learn to press select and home at the same time to turn on fire stick using my TV. Happy with purchase

Since iPhones don't take any cards, this is so useful. It's great! I only wish it had a hook for a key ring or a strap, I am always worried of loosing it.

Negates the need to travel with an external drive. Very light and compact. Works well and has a quick transfer rate.

I purchase this so I could download from my iPhone and transfer pictures to computer. This product works great and have no problem taking the pictures for iPhone. Plenty of storage on device 64 Gig so lots of storage and frees up iPhone storage.

Simple and easy to use pretty much plug and save! Comes pre-charged which is great and there is a simple app to download that is even easier to use. I share this product with a friend and he was very impressed on how good it was.

After adjusting to how to save and move the files. I love this product! I only wish I would have bought the 128 in lieu of the 64. I have all the families cell phones and iPads backed up on the device and then, redundant backups copied to the computer. So much easier than through iTunes! I also really love the ability to stream movies right from the device and transfer it to other devices as well.

Very simple to use. Made taking photos from my phone and getting them printed simple and easy.

I got the iXpand Drive last month and I loved it! However, the iPhone connection cord should be long and the USB connection in the car alone is not supported. Those two things are somethings I would advise the buyer to be cautious of. Other than that, it is a great product with a moderate design and optimal technology performance.
