Couldn't be used anymore after 2 times used to save photos from my mobile and moved to my computer. Waste of money. I had difficult times using this USB to save move photos from my mobile phone.

I picked up this little usb to transfer photo and video from my iPhone to laptop. For that purpose, it worked well once I got the process running smoothly. The first couple transfers stopped midway through, but after retrying with a stable connection, it worked without issues. Pros: Compact and easy to carry, plenty of storage for my needs, and saved me from having to upgrade my iPhone storage. Cons: Initial setup wasn’t flawless as my first couple transfers stopped partway, but once it worked, I was satisfied. Overall, a handy and fairly reliable little device if you need extra storage or an easy way to back up your media. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a simple transfer solution.

This flash drive was recommended by a sales person at BestBuy, when I was asking about cables to transfer all my photos and videos from my iPhone to my laptop. He asked for the GB of my iPhone and then selected this flash drive and explained that it was safer and easier than using a cable and risking losing images and videos. I had no way of knowing if that was true, but there was a sense of security knowing I could check the files on my laptop, be sure they were in the OneDrive for back up, before clearing the flash drive and my phone. I appreciate this recommendation and am pleased with the SanDisk performance.

I have recommended this to so many people, and I think it is a great gift idea or stocking stuffer for anyone who values their photos on their phone. This product uses a free app that prompts you to download it when you plug in the lightning adapter to your phone. This app is very easy to use, and asks if you want to set up automatic backup every time you plug in the drive to your phone. I absolutely love this feature because all I have to do is plug it in and it will copy my photos onto the drive. It also automatically organizes them using the photos time stamp, so when you plug it into a computer, you will see folders with different years (2018, 2019, 2020, etc.) and then within these folders it has more folders (no more than 12 of course) with corresponding months. This way, if you know when a photo was taken, all you have to do is search for the folder with the corresponding year and month. I love this product because there are no monthly fees to save your stuff, and no username or password to forget! You can easily backup and access your photos in a physical location.

This worked on my iPhone 13. It detected that a drive is attached to the iPhone and then opens(install) the app needed to copy files back and forth. There are a few issues though I am not sure if these are iOS related or drive related. I copied photos and it did copy them although it also brought a tons of 4 KB files starting with _, and heic files, and .mov video. These cannot be directly seen on your PC (unless you install supporting application). I had to buy software to convert them into jpg and mp4 so they can be easily shared. Other reco: make the app UI more friends and add functionality 'select all', 'move all', choose multiple albums to copy etc.

This device works out well for offloading photos & videos from my iPhone without sending them to the cloud. Software you need to use in order to do this is far from perfect but works. My recommendation though is to get a much larger size than you think you need.

I purchased this flash drive in order to be able to move photos and files between my iPad and my PC and I have to say that it is exactly the right tool for the job. With the Apple connection on one end and the USB-A on the other, it is easy to load the files on my PC and plug it right into my iPad to see them immediately. It's normally a bit pricey, but a decent value on sale.

This flash drive was easy to use. The app you have to download was easy to use as well. It’s great to save any items from your phone to this flash drive. I will be purchasing again in the future. I have over 30,000 images on this flash drive and still have alot more storage!

There’s something about walking into a store and talking with someone about electronics and technology. We purchased Scandisk USB storage as a well known brand and positive reviews. Works as described with easy setup on your iPhone and easy transferring off and on of photos. Recommend Best Buy and Scandisk product.

Upgrading your iPhone without accidentally copying your secret stash to the laptop will be a SNAP! Your exes shouldn’t be sexting you anyway, but if they are, don’t risk keeping their unwanted nudes in your regular photo album! Put them here rather than deleting them! This was an early Christmas gift from my husband. He knows I’m always trying to clear pictures off my phone before a trip. This little picture holder seems kinda hard to figure out right at first, but once you have the app and have used it once it’s a breeze. Just click it into the device and it automatically downloads all the new photos. I’ll be getting some more of these to transfer and keep pictures and so easy to take along with you to any store or place to make copies of your choice. Great item!

it’s great you can be able to take stuff off your iPad and put it on another computer or my sewing machine

It's very convenient for the IPhone and because it is useful as a jump drive too, it's perfect.

I was able to free up storage space to this flash drive from my iPhone in about 30 minutes. Just plug it into the bottom of the phone and download the app and select the photos you want saved. Really easy to use and I highly recommend this product.

I thought the item was very clear in seeing my videos and pictures I uploaded from it to my computer. It holds a lot more photos and videos then the older flash drive I purchased form best buy. This flash drive is small but easy to store in my personal jewelry box where I store all my flash drives, it's different from the others and I know where to go when looking for certain information. I recommend it to my friends and family.

I like the dual connector and the small size of the memory stick.
