I'm using it as a third drive for working files that need constant updating like large PowerPoint files. Obviously better than using the old mechanical drives.

I just needed a new hd for an old laptop. This ssd made my old laptop faster than never, and now I can use it some more time before getting a new one.

Both read and write speeds are top notch. I went from loading in last and getting kicked from games to always loading in first. It’s not your network it’s your hard drive.

It's unthinkable PC manufacturers still use traditional spinning HDs. Just grab a USB to SATA interface cable and clone that old HD to make things a lot better for you.

I put this ssd in a 5-6 year old laptop that was worn out. It took 10 minutes to boot up sometimes. Now it takes 30 seconds from power button to signed in and usable.

Worked fine. It is fast. Western Digital bought Sandisk in 2016. So it is the Sandisk division that makes Western Digital SSD.

Win 10 Loads REALLY quickly now. Even Office 365 starts up faster. I guess it's not for those out to speed up their gaming computer, but the only game I play on a computer is Solitaire .....

Great ssd performance, a great way to upgrade from a hard drive. Supper fast to use to boot windows on. Definitely recommend to speed up a old computer.

So in general the hardware performance is great and the price of $23 for 120GB was great too. However, since i've never transferred hard drives I was lost because Sandisk did not have any instructions and did not have the software to perform the transfer. I had to find 3rd party software, and finding a free version was a pain. Ultimately, I needed a special cable too which luckily I got on Amazon for $8. Once I had everything the process was fairly straightforward and swapping the cloned drive into my laptop was easy (Dell Latitude D620)

I had a old desktop collecting dust, decided to get a SSD for it, found this one for $35 and now the desktop works just as the first day I bought it.

This is the best priced SSD I have found. Depending on what you are using it for I would recommend a larger SSD but I only needed a small one.

Drive was plug and play, no issues. Used my installation drive and it formatted and the OS was installed.

For the price this ssd runs and performs well in Windows 10 and gaming. Much better than a mechanical drive if you don't require alot of space.

Got this for an old laptop, as soon as I got it up and running the laptop started performing way better.
