Seamlessly transfers photos

Easily connects to my macbook and seamlessly transfers my photos by simply the “drag and drop” method (from my sony a6500 to this drive).

San Disk G Drive

My Windows 11 computer could see the drive when plugged in, but it did not show up on the drop down menu for use. Apparently, this is a known issue, thankfully there are videos on YouTube that explain how to fix the problem. Once I followed the YouTube fix the drive worked great. I'm happy with the drive, not so happy with the extra research needed to get it working.

Robust external drive

Is not overly designed to look cool. SanDisk known for their cards. If satisfied with all those big and little cards this is just a bigger version.

Good drive

I've been using this drive since and it's great. The only issue is that it does not always work when I connect it to my thunderbolt dock so I end up plugging it into my MacBook. It's not a huge deal, but instead of one cable I have to plug in two.

Lots of memory for the price

It allows me to get two drives for multiple backups. The only reason I did nit give it a five is that it is not as fast as solid state but I knew that going in.
