There are faster drives, Samsung Evo and Crucial Mx but the Sandisk is usually the best bang for your buck. I got it in a gaming laptop with Windows 10. No complaints.

I bought this SSD on recommendation by a Geek Squad member. Best decision I've made. They installed this for me to use in my HP touchscreen laptop. The laptop runs incredibly fast with quick start up and still allows me storage space.

I have had 6 of these Samsung SSDs ranging from 240 GB to 1TB for about a year and a half. They read fast and even write pretty fast with my 2008 Mac Pro. I have several hooked up to SATA, and 4 on a PCI Motherboard card. No problems yet.

Will we all know which model wins in all the synthetic tests but the simple fact of the matter is the slowest SSD still wipes out the fastest consumer mechanical drive. This SSD will speed up your computer a lot versus a mechanical drive.

I put this ssd into a machine that just suffered a hard drive crash, and Wow! the computer is way faster than it was new as a Windows 7 machine, it's now a Windows 10 speed demon! I am using a 2TB hard drive for storage, it is very nice.

Decend speeds at a great price. Although I wouldn't use a cheap SSD for storing important data, it's great for saving game (steam, origin) installs on this drive.

Since I installed this SSD on my Asus S500CA, performance was greatly increased at the point that programs for graphic design or video rendering open in just a few seconds. Also export times are incredibly short. Totally recommended.

I bought this SSD to give a little boost to an old and slow Toshiba netbook. It has done that, and also increased the storage capacity. It is not a high end SSD for modern machines, but on sale it was just what I needed at the time.

I have purchased several of these drives for clients of mine that have needed hard drive replacement or wanted an upgrade. They are very stable and extremely fast. Worth every penny and more. I will continue to buy SanDisk SSD's.
