I always buy sandisk hard drives and they have all lasted a long time. Not one has disappointed me.

I bought this a few months ago and it worked for awhile as a boot disk. It was not under heavy load at any time but it has now died. My friend had a Sandisk Extreme II but his has died after a few months of use too. Sandisk has really let me down in the SSD department and I will never buy from them again for an SSD.

Tried to install in a Dell laptop and a Toshiba laptop, Former doesn't boot reliably and latter gives BSOD.
Used a Crucial BX-100 for only $10 more and works perfectly.
You decide.

Sandisk is getting worse over the years. more and more SSDs are coming in with bad sectors and poor writing performance.
