This is a very good flash drive. It's compact, quick, and has substantial space. The price is good compared to similar items.

It performs as it is supposed to. Great little thumb drive to tuck into my purse for backing up or transferring files. This is my second one, using one for files for my job and this one for a download of Windows 10. My laptop had issues with an update and HP told me I had to download the latest Windows file on only a 32 GB flash drive; could not be larger as I had a 128 GB thumb drive with lots of space. Had to run out and purchase a 32 GB drive and this one had a great price and the one I had already was working great. Like SanDisk products as well.

One of the best ver. 3.0 High speed flash drive I have purchased. Great price for the 32 GB size plus you can lock all of your files. Size is easy to carry and easy to use.

I have a lot of SanDisk Flash Drives, and I have had really good luck with them. The transfer speed seems good on the USB 3.0 version, and they rarely fail. (I really take care of them, though, and don't throw them in my pocket with keys and coins, or get them near magnets, or spill water on them, etc) This 32GB flash drive is a great size for transferring files between two computers, and gifting or storing home videos or audios. I even have my Windows 10 rescue files for one of my laptops on one of these, although it is probably on a larger version.

These SanDisk flash Drives are perfect for saving images on. My hobby is taking bird pictures and with todays digital cameras, you can shoot up to 20 frames per second. That can add up to a lot of storage needs. These flash drives are a wonderful compliment for storage and easy transfer. I've used them many times in the past and have never had any issues with them.

This drive is much faster than USB 2.0 Flash Drives. You can copy or write large files in a lot less time. I've had a SanDisk Ultra Backup flash drive for over 6 years and have not had a single problem with it. The only negative thing is when connected to a USB 3.0 or faster port the flash drive will get warm after using it for a couple of minutes. Overall, giving my great experience with my older SanDisk Ultra Backup flash drive. I would recommend this flash drive to any who want a reliable long lasting flash drive with an excellent warranty coverage..

Finally, I can keep my private files safe and not have my mom find out about them, you know? My name's Eugene, and I have my own personal computer, but still my mom goes on it to pay her taxes, and I am worried that she will stumble across something she's not supposed to. So I bought the SanDisk - Ultra 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive, and let me say, this thing is a dream come true. I can plug this baby into my PlayStation 3 and watch all my favorite private movies directly on my big screen Samsung TV. There's even protective software that comes pre-loaded onto the drive so you can protect yourself from having strangers snoop your stash. The 32GB Capacity is great, and the front end slides back and forth to protect the device. Even my best friend Leet Larry loves it, because I can bring over my favorite private movies, and we can watch them together on his Xbox. The only thing I recommend is formatting it to NTFS, because FAT32 is for chumps, and usually won't let you put a high definition movie on it because it won't copy files of a gig. Most of the private part files I download are in 1080p and are roughly 1-2gb in size. I would highly recommend this product, as it's compact, has a robust amount of storage space, and is USB 3.0 compatible, making the transfer time super fast.

Bought this on sale. It is USB 3.0 so the faster speed transferring files is nice. It has a red case that makes it easier to find in the clutter on my desk and from other thumb drives. The 32 Gigabyte size gives me all the space I need to carry files to and fro. Haven't tried the encryption software yet so I won't comment on it. I assume it works well. Sandisk has always made reliable thumb drives and I've never had a failure yet. I've lost a few but that's on me. A good value.

This SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive works exactly as you would expect it to. Transfers to and from the card seem to work quite quickly. The drive is about standard size, and like many others, has a slide button to slide the USB connector in and out. It also has a blue light that indicates readyness, and transfer activity. The drive is labeled in a way that makes it clear which side needs to be turned up for it to be inserted properly. (I hate drives that you have to try one way, and then the other, because you can't tell simply by looking at them which side should be turned up.) Finally, there is a molded, hole, in the curve at one end, to allow the drive to be carried on a key chain. The one negative I found, which is the reason this is a four-star and not a five-star review has to do with the software on the drive. There is an executable that I believe has to do with drive security. When I ran it, it recognized that there was an update for the program, downloaded the update, but then the update would not run. I paid full Amazon price for this flash drive. I wrote this review just to try to help others learn a little about it. I hope you found this review helpful. On the other hand, if you did not find this review helpful, I’d be interested in hearing why, so that I can attempt to edit it and make it more helpful to both you and others. If you leave a comment on the review, suggesting how it would be more helpful, I promise to respond to your comment, and to attempt to incorporate your suggestion in my review, if it is at all possible for me to do so. My goal is to write reviews that help people, as I have been helped by the reviews others have written. Thanks!

I bought this product to hold text documents and presentations, but so far I've mainly been using it to transfer games, since the internet at my house is blazing slow. The first thing I used it for was to transfer Guild Wars 2, thus turning what would have been a week-long download for me (and probably three or four hours for someone with better internet) into a matter of three or so minutes. Given that the file size was around 23 gigabytes, this is pretty impressive. It is worth noting that the initial format of this flash drive won't allow you to put in files larger than four or five gigabytes, but you can fix this fairly easily by right clicking on it and going to format, then instructing it to convert to NFTS (just back up the proprietary software elsewhere if you plan to make use of it, because reformatting will wipe it). Once you do that, you can easily transfer files in the twenties of gigabytes. The retracting connector is also a nice touch. It helps ensure that the USB drive will not get bent out of shape if you stick it in a backpack with a bunch of other electronics or somesuch.

I like SanDisk flash drives and SD cards, especially when I can get them on sale. I think I paid around $10-$15 for this SanDisk - Ultra 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive, and it is a great product. You can back up personal files off your computer, photos and video, or use it to transfer files to a friend, family member or client. They hold a lot and are pretty robust in my experience. I've never had a SanDisk flash drive go bad on me yet.

For everyday use, transferring files in use from laptop to laptop and desktop, I never need a flash drive bigger than this. SanDisk makes very fast and reliable drives and I've seldom had one fail. Also, it has a large-ish lanyard hole, so you can attach something like a piece of bright-colored shoelace or parachute cord, so this tiny drive doesn't get lost in your briefcase or backpack.

This is my go-to drive when I need a USB Flash drive. Most of the time at 32GB its larger than I need, but I buy a few when they are on sale. Its not the fastest drive, but it is quite a bit faster than the lowest price ones. I trust SanDisk, and have bought dozens of these drives, and not had a single failure (as I have with other brands). I always recomend SanDisk USB drives.

Great little unit. It slides open and closed easily. Nice that it has a "loop" for a keyring to be attached if you want. Files transfer quickly being USB 3.0. And it';s a SanDisk - I've been using their flash cards for 20+ years (remember SM cards?) with zero failures, so you can have confidence your data is stored safely.

Works great and when used in a USB 3.0 port is much faster than USB 2.0. I would like to have seen a lanyard included with this, even if it was just a short one. The unit can be a little tricky extending the USB blase as it does get stuck sometimes in the body and won't slide out very easily. I know some prefer this style, but I actually do like having a cap instead of the retractable blade. On sale, this was a terrific bargain!
