overall is good and fast, the only down side is it get to hot sometimes.

I couldn't be more pleased. Good price. Easy to use. Works as claimed. I especially like that it accommodates both Type A and Type C.

High speed, well built and really compact. Has made my file transfers rapid.

These little drives are extremely convenient given their size and they write and read at a fairly decent speed as well and on sale it's hard to beat the price.

The disk drive is good. Best Buy's website practices are not. I bought two - they accepted the order even though the were not ready to deliver it. One arrived late and the other after a lot of follow up arrived even later. I thought it might be a one off - a few weeks later I placed an order for a razor and attempted to have it shipped to the store. A week later a store person called and said they didn't get it - There were some at other stores - but it would have been a hassle for him to get it to the one near me. So we cancelled. I spoke to a customer service person - she could have looked into getting another though her "team" I declined because on the uncertainty of it actually being in stock. It's not supposed to be this tough.

The price was right. Upon evaluating the overall devise and versatility I thought it would be worth purchasing at cost. A bargin basement deal. In addition, operationally it works very well for my needs.

Clever device. Let's me transfer devices between devices with different types of USB connection. (A and C). Small, so it is very convenient for keeping with me on my key chain.

I love the design of the product that was the main reason why I made the purchase and the amount of storage.
