A very good addition for my Laptop. It is small, fast and convenient to take my laptop anywhere without having to remove it.

Fast and large storage capacity. I leave mine plugged in and it's barely visible.

Capacity and read speeds for a discount but the write speed is too slow for my application, unfortunately! Also gets surprisingly hot during use.

This little drive reads quite quickly. Write performance is pretty poor, but I use this as a music library for my car, so waiting an hour for it to fill with music every 3-ish months isn't bad at all, and once plugged in it performs perfectly. This is my third, one for each vehicle.

What’s not to like? No moving parts, plug and play, and it quadruples the storage space on my laptop were the fraction of the price of a an upgraded built-in hard drive. It’s so small. I never need to remove it.

I store my music on a thumb drive so that I can carry it anywhere (on my desktop, on my laptop etc). I do this by naming my iTunes music player point to an external drive with a particular name and I can insert this thumb drive whenever I need to listen to music whether it is my home computer or I am on the go.

I was looking for a memory stick so I could transfer my CDs to it & save me from keeping my CDs in my car. This little gem was exactly what I needed - It has the capacity to hold all of my CDs (with room for future growth) in a small inconspicuous package that doesn't draw attention to itself.

Size is ideal of plugginng into laptop, allowing to carry it with laptop within back pack. No need to plug and unplug whenever you want to use it.
