Product was good but BestBuy site was horrible

The site ordering experience was horrible because my order was placed on Thanksgiving day and the BestBuy site crashed so many times before I was finally able to order it but the site didn't recognize me even though I was logged in and seemed only allow me to order as a guest (I had retried it over ten times already). The biggest dissatisfaction was it did not have a way for me to put in my Reward Certificate. I went ahead finished my order (as a guest) and after I received my order, I called the customer service attempted to use my Reward Certificate for that order but was passed around to more than five person/departments before someone finally took care of the adjustment.

Stores all my photos and music. It work well, seems to be plenty fast. Perhaps more storage than I need (but can you ever have too much storage) but it was on sale, so it was a great value.

Luv the EXTRA Memory

Some pay 500-1000 dollars just to have this kind of memory and I got it a great price.
