I was looking for a bedside table clock radio with some oomph. I wanted something that had good sound and good reception to replace my super old Sony Dream Cube which was on its last legs. This radio is GORGEOUS looking and has great sound and reception! Love it!

I live in an area that has poor reception.The Sangean delivers very good sound without background hiss-I was pleasantly surprised! Not only is this radio nice to look at with it's wooden cabinet...but easy to use with all the presets (could be more).One of the best features is the easy ability to dim the digital screen at night.Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Bought this for my 92 year old mother. It has a remote, which she loves because the stations are set and she doesn't have to fool with any knobs. The sound is terrific and the clock and station numbers are digital and big enough for her to read. Great buy!!

great tuner and sound is very good. Do not understand all the bells and whistles but exceeds my needs. Now if there once again better radio stations.

bought this for the bedroom. sound is better than I expected. have a bose wave and the sound compares well with that. the light on the display is a little bright but it can be dimmed easily. I would buy this again having used it.

Bought this mostley for talk radio AM side , live in unpopulated area , signal strenght not great and we did have to orient to direction on AM . We placed it high out of great- grandchildrens reach so we use the remote to change what ever needs changing . Have never touched since we set the time and stations we listen to ...

This radio is awesome, I wanted it to listen to music before bed. Picks up a lot of stations my old radio didn't. All reviews written were good. Hope you also enjoy this radio as well as we do.

I needed a new clock radio and wanted something a bit more high end than the old, outdated one I had which had no FM or AM reception. This radio is the real deal! Gorgeous design and the sound is amazing! Just set it up last night and was amazed at the FM stations I was receiving which I never could receive on my older radio. This is more than a "clock radio".
