Came fully assembled and was protected in the cardboard packaging. No dents or scratches. The back and side panels remove easily to set up equipment.

The main glass door does not close correctly and drags at the bottom. Not sure if it was damaged shipping or just a bad design. Paint scratching off on the bottom lip

Great fit in my basement A/V closet! The height helps with getting all items in the rack.

Great Component rack for A/V

Rack looks great and is substantial enough for home A/V. No it is not a very high end and not server cabinet so don't expect vault thickness. Access is great and sturdiness is very good. Flexibility is good and the fact it already has blank plates and shelves is a big plus. Quality of construction is very good and shipped fast and without any blemishes.
The description for the shelves is wrong. Sanus no longer sends 3U shelves, instead only send 2-1U and 6-2U, neither Best Buy or Sanus will exchange the 2U for any 3U. If you have very heavy and large components, keep this in mind.
Instructions show how to reverse the door and turn over the handle. They forgot to mention that when you switch the striker, you must turn over a cam under the striker. Figured it out but if you are not a tinkerer it may be confusing.
With all that said, still love it and think it is a good value.
