While it is a good bracket just be sure that you don't want to plug anything else into the back of the TV after it's mounted. Example Fire Stick, Cable connector, blue ray player etc. With the locking mechanism in place your tv won't go anywhere but it is NOT EASY to unlock. Our TV is a new 65 inch UHD 4 K and it's ultra light but wide. This was not an easy task.

We have our tv on it on the wall next to the front door and it doesn’t budge when someone accidentally slams the door! It was pretty easy to install but ours did come out a little crooked.
