I told the salesman that I had a plug for behind the wall mounted TV and that I wanted the soundbar hung below the TV and that I did not need to be able to slant the TV. What he apparently did not know is that this mount is too shallow and a plug end is too large and sticks out farther than the mount is deep. As a result the wire hand to hang down to a plug and I had to go back to BB and purchase the other mount that was deeper and would allow the plug to be plugged in behind the TV. He also failed to sell me the mount for the soundbar. So, I had to have that added as well with a second trip for the Geek Squad.

In the end I returned it to the store for a refund.

Thanks for the feedback. We agree - slim mounts do provide a nice low-profile look - but they can be a little more challenging when you want to access the back of your TV. If you plan to regularly switch out components / HDMI ports, we recommend going with an Advanced Tilt or Full-Motion mount.

Best Buy website recommended wrong mount

When installing, it's not compatible. Best buy is now instructing me to take this to my local best buy (which I don't have a local best buy and exchange it for the correct one). Great recommendation best buy.
