    can not lock in the bottom clamps ! called support at Sanus and they told me to loosen the bottom fasteners ! anyway not to happy with the product.

    Didn’t come with all screws needed to mount. We needed to use our own screws to put it together. Took way too long to mount on wall. We made it work. Wouldn’t recommend this model.

    Its a sturdy wall mount. Doest have self leveler on it(why its getting 4 stars) came with 10 different style of bolts and concrete anchors!! Ez to install.

    This mount is recommended for the 32" LG LED TV (32LM50). The TV requires M4x10 bolts for any mounts. This mounting kit has about 6-10 different size bolts, all MY or M8, none the right size.

    For the price this isn't a BAD wall mount however I wish I went a different direction. The pulls that come with it to separate the TV from the wall when necessary don't work. The setup was a lot more intuitive than I originally expected. Should have purchased installation!

    I bought this looking to hang a small tv. The tv was a Samsung and the brackets barley fit. Then it has very thin screws to use as the main bolts to the studs. All tv mounts I bought gave me thick long bolts which I used and impact to get in the wall. I will never buy again

      These screws need to be small because of the low profile of the mount. Rest assured, this mount was tested to withstand 4X the recommended weight limit so it will hold your TV for the lifetime of your install!

    This is trash and the sales woman who recommended this should go back to Best Buy training. I can’t even take it back because once it was mounted that’s a wrap. You cannot plug your tv to the wall of your outlet is up high behind the tv. Your best option is to purchase the one which swivels which I have in the living room. What a waste of money

    I will never shop at Best Buy again, ever. They canceled my delivery at the last minute without good reason (or an apology). It took me 4 calls and 3 weeks to get a price match guaranty refund. Not worth it to shop at Best Buy.
