I like this kit. Very easy to install and the design is practical and straightforward. I did make an extra gash in my wall with the drill / saw attachment; however, it was my mistake because I was using it to make an existing hole bigger. Also, the fishing rod comes with a handle that does not fit at the end of the rod. Maybe another piece was missing, it was useless. They should’ve designed it better. So, I used my own metal wall fisher to complete the job. Nevertheless, great product!

Check the wall to ensure depth, and be sure there aren’t any Cross braces…meaning you won’t be able to simply drill and pull cables….use your stud finder to locate all potential areas to avoid prior to drilling…Scan horizontally and vertically with your stud finder….from the floor through out the wall structure Ensure no cross braces

Sanus is popular because their products are awesome. Everything is so well thought out and I have had no issues with functionality. Forgot to take pictures of the upper insert, but it was easily placed within the Sanus mounting bracket behind the TV.

The fiber optics cable installed by Best Buy's Geek Squad is superb in maintaining the illusion of a piece of art hanging over my mantle. No wires showing anywhere and looks like a painting.

I saved money with the open box deal. This device hid my wires in the wall but had to modify it to allow my neon sign remote to come out the top, as it was short.

This was perfect for our new TV set up. It holds about 5 HDMI cables, and it has a power cord extension built into it for the tv. Just buy it!

Do not order this from Best Buy. I received my order today and this is supposed to be new in box but this is what I got. Best Buy’s customer service is horrible. They pretty much said you should’ve bought it at the store. This is why Best Buy is going out of business and why you should continue shopping on places like Amazon.

This Sanus in-wall cable concealer kit worked perfectly. Installation was straightforward, even for someone without professional experience. The grommets fit cleanly into the wall and give the whole setup a polished, professional look — no messy cords hanging down anymore. The built-in power extension is a huge plus because it allows you to power your TV behind the wall while staying code-compliant. Everything feels solid and well-made, and the white finish blends right into the wall so it looks almost invisible once installed. If you’re mounting a TV and want that clean, “no wires showing” look without cutting corners or dealing with complicated electrical work, this kit is 100% worth it. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone mounting a TV.

I have used this product four times now hiding cords in the wall of my house or friends houses. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The provide wall snake snaps together giving plenty of length to go from one opening to another. I made the mistake of putting the hook on the wrong end of the snake and discovered once I got through both holes. I was able to unclip the hook from one end and put it on the other by using a small screwdriver to release the tabs that hold the hook on the end of the snake. The only issue that I have had in the past is fire breaks that are in the wall. A fire break stud is usually a piece of wood nailed horizontally in the space between stubs to prevent fire from running up the inside of the wall. I have been able to use a long rod in the top hole and hit fire break stud it with a hammer to knock it down to give enough room (almost 2" according to the instructions is needed). Be careful not to hit the rod through the other side of the drywall. Remember to plan ahead and pull all of the cables that you will need now and in the future through the wall all at once. I used electrical tape and wrapped the end of all ends together to the hook to make a smooth as possible so that I can pull through the wall without getting hung up on something inside the wall. This would be a good to upgrade to the newest HDMI cable standard so that you would be covered if you upgrade your TV in the future.

I can’t speak any more highly on how easy and amazing this looks! It literally looks professionally done and all the things you need are in the box. It even has the hole drill cut bit that you can attach to an impact driver or if you don’t have one it comes with an attachment so you can turn it into a manual tool. If you want your viewing experience to look and feel amazing get this!

When your OCD kicks in and you are tired of seeing the cable running down the wall! This kit comes with everything you need to hide not just the power cable but any other cables that might be run to your TV. Installation was straight forward since all the needed tools were provided.

This definitely helps you get that slick seemless look hiding your cables behind wall. Though a drill recommended to make a hole in the wall, it’s not needed. The handle attachment helps get the job done. I will say, if you have insulation in the wall you’re making a hole in, I recommend using a wire hanger. The hook included wasn’t helpful guiding the cables at all.
