Firm speaker stand

And even though it clearly says 18 inches in the product name I didn't see it. I had gone to the product specifications to see if the width of the stand would be sufficient for me to place my bookshelves speakers on top and it was but in the same specs it says the height was 34 inches. Must've been a typo but I can still see it hasn't been fixed even though I told them. So for my liking the stand height is too low

Good basic stands
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the tallest stands, but very stable, with a 7x7 top plate (and the low height helps). Recommended if your speakers are on the heavier side. Easy to assemble, and with options for spikes both below the speakers and to the floor. The one catch is I couldn't get the plastic piece to fit on the back (it's supposed to hide cables). Can't say how this compares to Sanus' cheaper models. Product was a bargain at Best Buy.

Solid Wood build
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are not cheap particle board speaker stands. Solid and sturdy, easy to assemble. I had these for a day however, the top plate was too big for my Bose smallish speakers. I put one together to check how it looked, silly. The top plate is 7 inches square compared to my 3.5 inch square speakers...silly. If it took 15 minutes to assemble it was a lot...No brainer.
