(TIP: when it says to tighten the bolt by hand, make sure to tighten it BY HAND) But once it's installed, it proves to be a great product - it's certainly well constructed. We were hanging a 48" flatscreen and wanted to angle it at least 60 degrees, which this product allowed (unlike so many others).
