When I went to get TV, price was almost $100 more than supposed to be. Store says "Oh, we have no control over the online purchases". Went to the truck, came back with and returned the wall mount and told them to keep the TV. Still don't have a TV but at least I didn't let them rip me off.

The amount of turn you will get on this will depend on the size of your TV. If you are needing help with getting your TV level, make sure you have fully tightened the knobs on the back and give us a call at 800-359-5520. We can see if there are any other tips to help!

A little woobly

The TV shakes despite following the instructions to the T. We have secured every bolt that needs to be, will probably end up swapping this out for a different brand when I have the time.

Poor customer service

It was not in stock and I was sent to another store 10+ miles away. Picked it up and when the Best Buy installer arrived he advised it was the wrong wall mount and to return it and he provided another product. Returned the wall mount and the correct one the installer selected was not in stock. Had to drive to another Best Buy and picked up the wall mount. When the installer arrived who was not the same as the first he advised the wall mount was not correct and the tv could not be mounted on it due to the screw position which he demonstrated. I then purchased another wall mount returned the second one and the installation was complete. I was forced to be home two days for the installation due to the inability of Best Buy to know the correct size and fittings to the TV I purchased at the same time as well as drive to Best Buy stores four times in different locations to pick up and return the wrong items. Very poor customer service.

Even though you thought the cost was a bit high, rest assured that this mount is high quality and has been UL tested to withstand up to 4x the maximum recommended weight. Hard to Move

My wife cannot move it by herself. Another problem is leveling. in order to have the TV level in viewing position, it must be un-level in its resting position.

Rest assured that this mount will hold your TV safely though as it was tested to hold up to 4x the recommended weight limit. Additionally, next time you're in the market check out our BLL series of fixed low profile mounts! These are just as sturdy but are a little less hefty.
