||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are expecting a full motion mount that moves easily from one position to another please, please, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOUNT!!! It takes a lot of strength to change positions and does not move smoothly. We had a wonderful one - sadly can’t remember the brand - that we sold with our former house. I would take this one back if it weren’t so much trouble. I will only give it one star because it was relatively easy to install. I can’t stand it! Would have been happy to pay much more....learn from my mistake!!!

One thing you can to try is to loosen the lower lag bolt on the side with the stuck arm. Sometimes when these are installed, the lag bolt holes are drilled to narrow, pinching the wall plate together when installed. Loosening the lag bolt about one turn might help relieve this compression. If you have any questions give us a ring at 1-800-359-5520.

Nice mount

Installation was much more complicated than it needed to be and took far too long. I’m a very mechanically inclined person, but this mount just wasn’t very intuitive.
