Sold us the the wrong mounting also !!!!!! Which put extra holes in our Sheetrock. It was not the installers problem . Root cause - home evaluation!!!!!!

We drilled all the wholes in the wall put the mount up just to find out that one side of it did not glide. Had to take it down patch the walls and wasted half a day :(

You have to reach into the back and pull and jerk one of the supports to start it. Difficult for wife to do. The mechanism has too much friction. It’s binds on itself. Love the 55” Sony Bravia OLED.

Couple of things I can think of for ya here that might help the mount move better. You could try greasing the track or you could try loosening the lower lag bolt on the side with the stuck arm. Sometimes when installed the lag bolt holes are drilled to narrow, pinching the wall plate together when installed. Loosening the lag bolt about one turn might help relieve this compression.

Luckily i dont need to move TV once its in position.. Otherwise i Would have returned this!! Dont choose this model,,

It bent when mounting to my Brick wall which causes it to not slide within the rails and only partially function... I had to Buy another one and install it to get full range of motion...

Posted .Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the mount. It sounds like the tension knob may need to be loosened in order to enable tilting functionality. Every time I move my tv I have to level it.don’t waste your money on this..much better products out there

Had to tape it up but no big issue just as long as everything is included Im fine for the most part. Would prefer better shipping next time!

Operation to move tv is way too tight and very hard to move! Would not by this again ! Movement of show unit much easier but without tv. Beware!

The $99 mount works much better
