My issues. 1) - doesnt seems secure on the tv brackets and becomes misaligned easily..And difficult to rejust and maintain its level. 2) Its very difficult to rotate, tilt and to extend/return to the mount. 3) Overall doesnt seem secure when I slightly clean the screen without the leveling being easily throwing off. 4) Attaching to my Samsung, the Vesa holes are very high and difficult to manage the Sanus Arc mounting bracket to this.

It is very heavy duty, the full motion of the mount is a great feature but if your tv is very large (75"+) it makes it some what difficult to move the mount with the tv on it because of the weight of the tv.
