Very easy installation and it holds my 65" flat screen level and secure. One criticism that I've seen voiced by others is it's stiff to fully articulate and then return to the collapsed position. I may try some silicone spray to loosen it up, but considering the few times I need to get behind the TV, this minor issue is easy to overlook.

That said, it's advertised as full motion and the regular price reflects that. While it moves very smoothly and is easy to adjust before mounting a TV, don't expect the same afterwards. I have two of these with a 65" LCD on one and an OLED on the other; pulling the TV out on either is a feat of strength. Swiveling and tilting are fine, but don't expect to adjust this with one finger like in showrooms (or even two hands without some effort). Others have mentioned the same issue, but it is not an installation error or damaged item like Sanus have indicated. Lubricants may help, but that's nominal at best. On top of that, be careful even trying to adjust an OLED. The effort it takes, plus having no real frame to grab, could risk damaging your TV.
