The mount was very easy. However, the wall mount will not allow my tv to go against the wall as advertised. The mount is stuck in the extended position. The company did replace the arm after explaining everything over the phone. It took 2 calls to customer service to resolve the issue. But it was a lot of trouble for the price.

Overall pretty easy to install, but it does have some weight to it, so I would recommend having another person help when you place it on the wall. I would also recommend watching the website video of the install. Takes just a couple minutes to watch, but helped clarify a couple items. I purchased a 65-inch TV to hang on our basement wall. TV looks great and the Sanus works great too.

I was skeptical at first about having a full motion Mount with an 82” 8K tv. I was nervous that the TV would be too heavy and this mount, also being very heavy, was going to be too much for the wall. Geek squad came, as scheduled, and installed the mount and TV with precision and ease! I love that I can basically adjust the tv to any angle anywhere in my living room.

Get something else. The tv mounts nicely to the mount but moving the tv back and forth is not easy and smooth

This is a beast. Very heavy but rated for 125 lbs! We installed very quickly and easily, albeit using 2x4 backing we put into the wall in a "remodel" before drywalling over that area. We did run into a problem insofar as the height of the mount relative to the ceiling requires lifting the TV and getting it into place on the mount. We could not do that: not enough clearance between the mantle and the ceiling. So, we pulled it off the wall entirely, put the tv on it, put it back in the four drilled holes THEN redrilled them right next to the old ones just to be safe. In short, make sure you have the ability to raise the TV high enough to get it into place on the mount. Also, the tensioner enabling tilt broke while adjusting. This was not a problem for us because we do not intend to tilt it more than it already is as a default - but it shouldn't have broken off so easily.

The Geek Squad did a great job transferring data from my old computer to the new one. They were dedicated to doing a good job and showed it by asking questions and they wanted to verify that it was done correctly. They were timely too, finishing when they had promised. I am relieved for the seamless transition from the old to the new. Thanks!

You can certainly find a cheaper mount on alternate websites. We were in a pinch and had to buy one in store. 24 hours after installing a "cheaper" mount - it is pretty obvious that the "cheap" mount was not of the same quality and ease of this one. You get what you pay for... this is a good mount.
