The Mount is fine. The appt. to have it installed was in the morning, the first available spot. The man came at 8PM and he wasn't a Best Buy employee. We were not happy.

Easy to install given nice directions, but moving around the TV after it's installed is actually pretty tough

The TV wall mount is perfect for hanging a TV to add room for a console to store other things. The mount is sturdy. I had Geek Squad mount. They were professional and very knowledgeable.

I bought this mount to replace my old one. I could not reach the back of the tv with my old mount. Much better now as I can pull the tv out and connect cables as needed.

Told the sales kid I wanted a full motion mount for older 55 in tv. Was shown this one as the best. Asked if full motion meant left right and up and Down an in our and was told yes. Only moves in out and angles left right. Result is a mount that is very low and can not seem to get it to stay level and it's a struggle moving it in and out for setting a viewing angle Also checked Sanus website and model us not listed so no additional info available. Seems to be a Best Buy only item.

You have to be careful because the outlet does not fit in the middle of the bracket, so it had to be installed lower than I wanted .

I did my research before choosing this TV wall mount. I love the way it "hugs the wall tight" but expands really wide when needed. I love the FULL MOTION of this mount. It tilts up & down and moves from side to side!!!!

Nice purchase ! Hangs beautifully on the wall. Best Buy did a great job I only wish it tilted more

We have a 55 inch TV and love this TV mount. Has adjustments galore, just in case you don't get it installed exactly straight, there is an adjustment to make the TV level.

I bought a large TV mount from Best Buy and picking it up with curbside service was a breeze. I’m 19 and hanging the tv mount was easy enough with my friend all you need is a good drill and a stud finder!

It is likely a very good mount for a very large TV, but for a small (50") flat screen it was over kill. The mount weighed 10lbs more than the TV and cost $150 more than similar mounts.

It’s very sturdy. It’s doing a great job supporting my 58 inch Samsung TV. I did not mount it but it did not seem hard to do it myself by watching the installers. I definitely trust this TV mount to support my new TV

Mounted over fireplace, Geek Squad had a hard time installing TV on frame due to height of mantle and ceiling.

I initially purchased this stand but needed a wider viewing angle. Just as good as the Premium full-motion but not what I needed.

I purchased this mount and realized that the cross bars that hold the tv were not very sturdy. I returned this mount and exchanged it for the Best Buy brand. The new one is so much better.

Arrived broken. Was unable to use and unable to be replaced from local Bestbuys due to none being in stock. Paid for the best buy membership to have the tv and mount installed. Delayed service due to fiancé having to shop at best buys to get a replacement. The installers were excellent once we got a replacement that was not full motion.

This mount was almost impossible to move in and out. The sliding bracket was impossible to move by one person and even two people it was stiff and way to hard to move TV. Replaced with the next step up Sanus mount . It has hinges instead of a sliding track and one person can move the mount in and out easily.Our TV is over our fireplace which I admit makes a little harder to move but even after Geek Squad removed tv off mount it still didn't move easy.

Have a 65-inch tv on this in my bedroom, and I can swing it around to point at almost any area of the room. This mount is so solid I'd expect the wall to fall over before the mount failed.

Supports larger screen TVs but a bit difficult to fix for the first time. Please get another helping hand for easier installation.
