First off, I have a LG OLED77C8PUA. Nice TV. I mounted it on the Sanus and it looks great. Everything goes down hill from there. The mechanism has those two panels in the center that move within channels to extend and retract. What you need to be looking at it something with smooth arms. When pushing the TV back to the wall, you need to use a hand to pull those plates closed on each side. They don't appear to be lubricated. They don't just glide back to normal position. It takes enough force to close it that the tilt will be out of position (no matter how much you tightened it the tilt screw). A dedicated smooth arm will make your experience much, much better if you are looking for low effort adjustment. This is a great mount to use as fixed mount with tilt control. If you want true, smooth adjustment, this is not the product for you. Hope this helps.

While the installation was easy, once the TV is mounted it is very difficult to move the TV in and out. You pretty much need two people to do this without causing damage to your TV. This is just my opinion, others may not be experiencing the same issue as I am. This was a hurried purchased without checking review which is something I very seldom do. For the price of this unit, I expected more. The one I purchased previously at Har Frei. worked so much better for a lot less $
