Many also appreciate the stands' attractive appearance and the improved sound quality they provide. While some users found wire management challenging and experienced minor fit issues with certain speaker models, the overall feedback is positive. Perfect Stands For Small HTIB Speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this is a set of two stands -- the product description could certainly be clearer. The bases are good and heavy and the poles and even the L-bracket for mounting the speakers are very heavy gauge steel. The stands are not extremely tall, but they're the perfect height for my particular setup, and taller ones would probably tip (I mounted the front/back left/right speakers from a Samsung Blu-Ray HTIB with a set of 4 of these). The tightening ring is, as others have mentioned, plastic, but it should be durable enough if it isn't over-tightened. That said, these stands really are mostly for the "home theater in a box" speakers. If you replace the ring with a metal piece (not too hard to find at a hardware store), you could probably handle heavier speakers, but they'd be more likely to tip, since the base is not terribly wide side-to-side. If I had heavy expensive speakers that needed stands, I would go for a professional grade tripod, not cheap home stands. Assembly was ridiculously simple, though the instructions are insane in telling you to thread the speaker wire after assembly. Don't do that -- assemble the base to the first pole, thread the wire through that, thread the wire through the bent pole, THEN screw the two together. It also helps to bend back any exposed leads when pushing the speaker wire through, otherwise it will get caught on the rough surface inside. Easier yet is to just thread through some fishing line on a small sinker and pull the wire through.

Great - But
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The weighted base provides great stability. Stands telescope thereby providing flexible height adjustment. Unfortunately, the top portion of the stand's inner diameter is too small for my speaker wire connectors. Thus I cannot hide the wiring inside the tube structure. The inner diameter appears to be about 3/8 of an inch.

Sturdy little stand
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very sturdy for my lightweight rear speakers. I would give it 5 stars but I it did not come with screws to screw into the back of the speaker. I decided to use the bracket instead to mount the two slots onto the stand. And I had to purchase my own screws for that.

Finally a solution where there never was one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some could say this is just a stand but this is so much more for me. It is a speaker mount solution in which I never had a speaker mount solution for the speaker I inherited. My surround sound speakers were given to me but they never had an original mounting bracket. I have searched for a compatible mounting solution for these speakers for literally years and never found one. I also wasn't ready to drill any holes in the walls or ceiling if I had found one. I almost had given in to just replacing the speakers with a whole new set and while I was shopping around Best Buy found these stands. I was reluctant even though it said that it had many different ways to mount. Finally, I brought 2 sets home and found the perfect fit for these speakers. I was very satisfied for this and would have rated perfect 5's in stars but the only problem I had was they do not extend in as much height as I would like them too. And they don't always balance well. If I don't touch them or adjust them any way they won't tip over. I would definitely recommend these to a friend that had the same issue of needing a universal mount or didn't want holes in the walls or ceiling.

Works perfect with Bose Speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The BestBuy floor sales person said it would not work with my Bose speakers. He said I had to buy original Bose stands after looking at the picture in the box I realize the speakers showing there were Bose. Good thing I didn't listen otherwise I would have been over $50 dollars short in my pocket. It does take a while to figure out how to assemble it but once you do it is solid product, looks good and no problems so far except the price.

Solid stand for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stand is exactly what it says my review would be better but the holes in the stand are not big enough for the speaker wires to go in and this is the stand I was told to get for these speakers, but it is sturdy and holds the speakers at a perfect height right above the top of my sofa

Posted .Hey Sumo,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us. These stands are made for smaller speakers with thin speaker wires to be able to fit in the cable management channel. We do have some ways to hide your cables if you want to give us a call @ 800-359-5520.
Thanks,

Tip toe to be perfect
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pair of these for my Sony SAZ9R rear speakers. The stability of these speaker on carpet is quite good... along with being a bit stylish I wish the stands were a couple inches taller so that the speaker can clear the top of the sofas

Great universal stands
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stands were great and the adjustable heights made it convenient. However, be mindful of the small room for the wires of the speakers to actually run through the stand. The wires can run through the insides but the outputs of the wires may not necessarily fit the small holes they provided. Had to use black zip-ties to make the wires run on the outside and still go unnoticed.

Surround sound stand
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered 2 sets of these stands for my living room and loft. I've only setup the stands in my loft so far and it was super easy. The only negative comment that I have is that I didn't see how to hide the speaker wires within the stand. Maybe I missed a step?

Good stands for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stands are simple to put together and sturdy enough for any size speaker. If you have thicker wires then snaking the wires through may be difficult as the wire can get caught in the stand as there is a slight bend near the top where the wire can get caught. Other than that the stand is great for the price and would recommend it then overpriced stands that pretty much do the same.
