The stands look clean and they are leveled but the wires won’t be hidden unless you use the cheap thin wires.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry but yes the 16 gauge speaker wire is too think for these. We suggest using zip ties to secure these along the pole to organization.

I had intended on using them with a pair of Klipsch Bookshelf speakers, but these can't be used for anything more than 4 lbs. They were easy to setup and even have a nice system for routing speakerwire.
