My dog knocked over my Sony stands and broke one, so I needed a replacement. Unfortunately Sony does not make stands anymore so I had to these. To that extent, these work just fine. They are easy to put together, although the tool that they supply is terrible, so I just used a deep well socket. The stands allow for wire hiding by sending the wire through the pole and out the base (you have to go from the top to the bottom or it wont' work due to the bend in the stand). The stands are also telescopic and they go up pretty high, so if you have a tall couch you should be able to set them above the back. The entire thing is made out of metal and should withstand abuse by animals and kids jumping around the living room (that's how my original one broke...boy through the ball in the living room). The stands are pretty much universal, so matter what kind of satellites that you use for your surround speakers, they should fit on this stand. The base comes with carpet spikes and some other plastic nubs for use on floors to prevent the stands form sliding. I use the nubs on the carpet in case the dog knocks one the stands over and dislodges one of the spikes (they look like they would put a lego to shame on a bare foot). All in all a descent product. Would be 5 stars if they were little less money. These cost almost as much as my original Sony ones did when I bought those 15 years ago.

Elevate Your Audio Experience with Sanus Speaker S

I recently purchased a pair of Sanus Speaker Stands from BestBuy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The stands have not only enhanced the aesthetics of my living room but have also significantly improved the acoustics of my satellite speakers. One of the first things I noticed about these speaker stands was the quality of the materials used in their construction. The black finish is both sleek and modern, allowing them to blend seamlessly with my existing decor. The durable build ensures that my speakers are safely and securely held in place, giving me peace of mind. The easy setup process was a major selling point for me. As someone who isn't particularly handy, I was relieved to find that the assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Within a short time, I had both stands set up and ready to go. The adjustable height feature is a game-changer, allowing me to fine-tune the positioning of my speakers for optimal acoustics. With a range from 26" to 39" high, I can confidently say that these stands can accommodate a variety of speaker systems and room layouts. I was pleasantly surprised by the excess of additional parts included with my purchase. It's always a plus to have extra hardware on hand, just in case something goes missing or needs to be replaced. Another fantastic feature is the built-in cord storage system, which keeps cables neatly concealed and reduces clutter. No more unsightly cords running across my living room floor! The rubber feet and carpet spikes ensure that my stands remain stable on any surface, preventing accidental tip-overs and protecting my speakers from potential damage. In conclusion, the Sanus Speaker Stands have proven to be an excellent investment for my home audio setup. They are well-designed, easy to assemble, and offer fantastic functionality. I highly recommend these speaker stands to anyone looking to enhance their audio experience and bring a touch of style to their living space. Thank you, BestBuy, for offering such a fantastic product!

    Solid, Sturdy Speaker Stands

I picked these up to stand up my rear surround speakers in my apartment. They're pretty sturdy metal stands, and the base has some good weight to them and won't topple over any time soon. The stand was pretty easy to assemble, just a few pieces to screw together. I did have some trouble positioning the Onkyo speakers that came in my home theater system properly, as I had to reverse the positioning of them opposite what the instructions said to get them angled and positioned correctly, but luckily this kid has plenty of screw options available which made it easy to do. Overall i'm happy with them, especially for the price since I picked them up on sale. Highly recommended for someone that needs some basic, nice looking and well built stands.

Looks great in our family room, not too big or bulky and the speakers assembly was easy. Makes the movie sound ten times better when we added the speakers.

Very study speaker stands. Setup took a bit of time, but it was my first time setting up any sort of speaker stands. So keep that in mind for my review. I used this with the Vizio SB4051-C0 soundbar. It took me a bit to finally get the right setup to attach the speakers to the stand. At first I was a bit nervous, since the soundbar had JUST been in stock, and I was probably one of the early adopters, so there was no way of knowing whether or not it would for sure work with these speaker stands. However, they work almost perfectly. You can wire the speaker cables through the stand, however for these Vizio speakers, it could not be done. The jack is too big to fit through the stand, so I have it running down the side. Other than that, the stands are very sturdy. I have them on hardwood floors and have no problems with them.

These stands, for the price cant be beat. I searched around and did not find a better unit. The stands actually exceeded my expectation for the money. Heavy duty construction, ease of assembly, strudy no wobbling or vibrating with multiple brackets that came with it not only are the stands perfect for my rear channel speakers, the heavy solid base could easily support a varied and much larger speaker. Buy these you wont regret it.

Nice speaker stands.. Sturdy, easy to assemble. Great for small bookshelf speakers. They are adjustable in height, and have nice weighted bases. They came with multiple mounting brackets to fit most speakers. The first one I tried with my speakers didn't fit, but the 2nd ones worked fine. Definitely recommend these.

What can I say? Best Buy has limited stands for rear speakers and this was the most affordable one they have and they will price match which is great. As for the stand itself, it’s made more any speakers. Very universal. It is a bit of work putting it together but not as difficult as an IKEA shelf so you’ll be ok. There are other stands online at a lower price but I personally want to see the product before I purchase it which Best Buy allows. Overall It’s a good product and confident it’ll last longer than the rear speakers I’m using it for.

These get the job done. The provided wrench is too weak and bent while tighting the main bolts to the base. They include numerous velcro straps to tie a loose power cord or cable hanging from the speaker. They can support light speakers. They look alright. They will tip over if you run into them lightly. It's decent for the price. Assembling these was straight forward.

These speaker stands are all metal and have a weighted base assembly. I highly recommend using these for smaller cube type speakers. I attempted to use some Bose bookshelf units but the stands do not support larger speakers as they will very likely be falling over due to the base being too narrow to balance them. They are however perfect for smaller rear cube style surround speakers like the Bose 161 model speakers. I wouldn't recommend anything larger than these. These stands incorporate the speaker wires running inside the stand neck to give a clean finish look. Just don't use heavy thicker speaker wire. The diameter of the stand and the exit holes are limited, so consider 18 gauge speaker wire. They are of good quality and work perfect for the right size speaker and wire. The stand height provides enough clearance for speakers to clear the back of an average sofa, so for back surround applications it is fantastic.

Good quality, easy to assemble and look great. They come with multiple adaptors to install different types of speakers. They have a nice weight to them and are not easy to tip over. The only issue, and reason for 4 stars, is that the tube and holes to run the cables are small and cables with connectors (such as RCA) will not fit and thus cables can’t be run inside the tube. I had to cut the connector, run it inside the tubes and weld them back to the cable.

Great sturdy stand for wireless satellite speakers. NOTE: They were recommended and bundled online with the Vizio 5.1 Channel Soundbar System with 6" Wireless Subwoofer. HOWEVER, the rear speakers and stand do not match in terms of screws or bolts. Only one set of screws from the speaker set works with the stand. It is secure, but not the best. ALSO, stand as cable management, but speaker cable heads do not allow for such use as they are too big to fit in the holes.

These are great multi-use stands. They are heavy metal and feel very secure. A little bit of a bigger footprint than expected (the base is also a weird shoe/mitt shape), but it works well. Mine did have a little scratching/rust on the expandable stand, but nothing too much an issue. There is an overwhelming amount of attachments and screws to use for different types of devices. I have the Vizio M-Series Elevate 5.1.2 Immersive Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Wireless Subwoofer and these hold the satellite speakers perfectly! The only note is that the speaker cable has a big rectangular plug which prevents you from feeding the cable into the actual pipe of the stand. I think these could be updated to allow you to slide in the cable instead of having to feed it through the top/bottom. I imagine many satellite speakers have too big of a plug to allow you to feed them in. However, the included velcro straps allow you to secure the cables with ease.

The minimalist design makes these pretty much disappear, but when you do notice them, they look good. Easy to set up and they included hardware to attach pretty much any conceivable speaker. The downside is that the set included so much hardware to accommodate different speaker designs that I now have a drawer full of extra speaker mounting hardware. Surprisingly stable for such a spindly-looking design. The weighted bases make them sturdy enough to withstand my idiot cat constantly running into them. A big dog might be a problem.

Pretty good. They have weight to them so they stay in place unless bumped into hard. I wish the holes were slightly bigger to run wires through them. 16ga is too big. I just run the wire on the exterior with black zip ties. At its highest point can feel wobbly. Should not be an issue if they are not moved or bumped into.

    Great Stands

These stands work very well. The bottoms are nicely weighted so they won't tip over and they come with a good variety of speaker plates. My only issue was that although the stands have a place to run speaker wire, the hole isn't big enough to fit the RCA type plugs that my speakers use so I had to wrap the wire around the stand which still looks fine but I would have liked to use the intended wire system which is the only reason I'm taking a star off. If you have regular speaker wire then this is a non-issue.

The last set of stands I purchased were very flimsy and unbalanced. This made me nervous when I was shopping for new stands this time around. My biggest concern was whether or not I could actually attach the speaker to the base and not have to rig something up to hold it there! I was very pleased to find out that these stands come with adapters for a wide variety of speakers and these things are HEAVY. Throw in the included carpet spikes and these stands are going nowhere fast. Very cost efficient too. If you have a set of small satellite speakers, I definitely recommend taking a look at these!
