I was trying to find some nice stands for my surround sound speakers, I found these they were just right in height and weighted on the bottom. They were super easy to assemble and they are adjustable on height and on placement in back the speaker meaning they can easily be adapted to different speakers.

These stands worked perfectly with my Vizio surround speakers. The stands placed the speakers just about my sofa back. The stands went together easily and are plenty sturdy enough to handle the speakers. Great product.

Very good, sturdy stands for the price. HOWEVER, if you plan to run your speaker cable through the hollow poles, be aware that the opening is rather small. If you have regular speaker wire, you will be fine, but if, like me, you have a surround system with different proprietary cables (like my Vizio satellite speakers) they may be too thick to fit through. Fortunately, Sanus includes velcro ties to keep the cables tight to the poles, but it doesn't look as clean as having the cable completely hidden.

I have a pair of sanus speaker mounts that are about 7 years old now, they are fantastic so I figured I would buy these new ones for the expansion of our home audio system. While they are sturdy and will support weight for some fairly large bookshelf speakers, the one massive problem is the running speaker wire that is a good gauge for audio transmission is near impossible. The canal for the wire is far too small and the angle of the top section prevents the wire from guiding itself into position. What should have been a 10 minute task took nearly 90 minutes of fighting with the wire and the stands.

    "Sexy" little stands

I recently installed a kit to provide wireless sound to my rear speakers in our family room. So, I needed some speaker stands for my speakers (a set of small Energy speakers). Once installed, my wife thought they looked kind of sexy in our family room set-up. Then, rather than have the front speakers sitting on a wall ledge, we decided to get another set of these stands for the front speakers as well. The look good, they're easy enough to put together, solid, stable and I like the fact that the speaker wires can be run through the vertical pole keeping the wires out of sight. Use normal gauge speaker wire - it will go much easier. I used heavy gauge wire and it was difficult to pull through the hole in post.

The stands work well with my Vizio 5.1 Surround sound satellites. A little engineering (thought; no work!) involved to utilize supplied hardware with the speakers. The hidden wire concept is good, but doesn't accommodate integral plugs...

Bought these to work with my Vizio rear channel surround speakers. Fit perfectly using the speaker wall mount screw that attaches to the Stand bracket. If you are using thick speaker wire or wire with the RCA connections won't be to run through the stands. Not a big deal.

These stands can be used with a variety of speakers. All hardware is included and the base is heavy enough to be stable. Can be set up on smooth floor or on carpet with appropriate foot pads (also included).

I bought these speaker stands to go with the Samsung 400 series home entertainment system I purchased. They were the only option I had to choose from at the store and the price was reasonable so I didn't hesitate. Only problem was the screw to mount the speaker to the stand was too large to fit and I ended up using mounting tape to secure both items instead of heading to a hardware store for a different screw. It doesn't look bad, the wires are conveniently hidden within the stand's shaft, and the product is very reasonably priced. No other issues here.

Good height for floor stands, versatile options to mount. Only negative is that you cannot use the feature to hide the cables because of the plug heads that do not come off (no way to thread through channel).

I bought these to use an old Bose system as my rear channel surround sound set up. Took about ten minutes to assemble the stands, another ten to thread the wires, and seconds to bolt the plates to the speakers with included hardware. Flawless. Sturdy and non-obtrusive. Would buy again.

    Nice Speaker Stands

These work great for my needs. They are sleek and the speaker fits nicely. I also like the fact that the height is adjustable plus the speaker will swivel to your desired position. The only reason I won't give five stars is the speaker wire would not thread easily through the tube. My wires were already previously connected to my receiver so I had to thread from the bottom of the tube and it kept getting hung up at the bend in the tube. I ended up having to actually splice some additional wire so I could thread from the top. Minor problem but my fix worked.

I was setting up a low cost home theater system. I had bought the RCA audio receiver and apple TV to be a part of it. I had my speakers on the ground and the audio was not clear while sitting on the couch. I wanted an immediate solution, so went to best-buy and bought a pair of these stands for my rear speakers. The parts are really heavy and sturdy. It took me a good 1 hour to assemble them. But once the setup was ready, I was so pleased with the height I was able to achieve with the speakers. The speakers are now at the same level of the couch and the audio is so crisp and clear. The advantages of the stand outweigh the price. I would definitely buy them If I have a requirement in the future.

They look and work well. All the threaded parts have oil on them so be sure to wipe them down first but this is not a big issue. The base is nice and heavy so they can not fall over. For the money these are well built and are worth buying. Very happy with this set, well worth it.

I purchased these when Amazon could not deliver a set of speaker stands and I am impatient. Plenty of mounting options and they work well for my Sony surround speakers. The integrated wire channel is only good for speaker wire and not the power cord (as my speakers are wireless). The base is heavy and they go together pretty easily. The best thing I can say is they do what I expect them to which is hold a speaker.

Easy set up, sturdy. The opening for the wires is really made for speaker wide not a wire with any kind of connector on it but it does have Velcro strips to tie wires to pole.
