I was having an issue with my previously reliable 3.5mm connection but had some issues going to Windows 11. I changed to a USB connection and it is rock solid. Great quality audio and simply plug and play setup. No downsides for me, I set it right on a desk pad in front of me. Latency is low enough that I can play output through your laptop speakers with no echo.

I am using the SR-ULM10 with a Macbook Pro for clearer audio during Zoom meetings and for a few recordings of presentations with screen shares. Mostly use cases for working remote. Audio quality: As compared to the Logitech webcam microphone it is a noticeable improvement to be able to place the mic closer to me and therefore not have as much space ("room sound") in it. As compared to iPhone earbuds the improvement in audio quality is nominal. Freedom to move: Although the audio quality is barely better than earbuds, it is very nice to be able to move around more during presentations. It is nice to use your hands to speak and not worry about accidentally knocking into the microphone. It has a 2 meter cable, though I would probably like it to be another meter longer. Other notes: I found that I had to experiment with mic placement quite a lot to get it to work. The one I have is overly sensitive and has fuzzy sound quality when clipped to a shirt collar or near the top of the chest. It is better to clip it near the stomach. I found a hack where placing it pointing away (upside down) near the top of the chest resulted in the quality I was looking for. I am wondering if I should have upgraded to a double-the-price Sennheiser, but then again, that would be double the price.

Quality sound. Not quite as easy to use with a phone as I hoped. Works fine with laptops. Nice pouch included and easy to carry.

This is a great device to improve vocal projection. The results are impressive and beet the competition.

my kid wanted a mic he could use that was better than the default one with his laptop. he loves it and uses it all the time. he says it sounds great.

Very tinny audio out of the box. Tried to listen through many different devices. It works for the price but not clear.

Took a while to sync to my laptop but once I figured it out, what a difference this mic made in my audio files!

I purchased a lavalier mic because my laptop mic wasn't working. It has good quality for the price. I never have a problem during zoom calls being heard. I also utilized Best Buy's order online and hold for pick up. They alerted me when it was ready and the pick up process was quick and seamless.
