I use a stand for my macbook, and have used hub with a flexible single usb cable. It got to the point that I had to maneuver it JUST RIGHT to make it work. This new hub connects so securly that there is no question of the connection.

fits perfectly in my iMac laptop. easily portable usage for HDMI, USB, etc.

Bought in advance of MacBook, final decision on a touchscreen notebook, I found the usb c spacing is not an industry standard, so didn’t work in all machines.

Connections to most computers are limited now. So, having reliable addiitional connections/accessories makes a big and all the difference in how to control your media platforms.

Works great with my Macbook Pro. Price is in bit higher range. How long it will last not sure as not using much. Recommend for only who use it everyday. Will only fit in Macbook. Won't fit in dell or lenevo laptop.

The item itself has a great design and ergonomic attachment set up. Just so happens that the connection USB-c was slightly off to fit my computer. Best Buy made the return/exchange super easy especially with my Best Buy App, it was seamless.

I purchased my MacBook Air and realized I needed more than 2 USB-C ports. I use my MacBook to edit photos. It goes everywhere my camera and I go. But how would I read my SD card?? Well, I went to bestbuy.com for an answer and I found it! The Pro Slim Hub is slim, compact and well built. It fits perfect in my laptop bag. Best part….IT MATCHES my MacBook PERFECTLY! I highly recommend purchasing this as it will make life much easier!

This dongle is functional but is missing an important feature. You cannot charge and use a thunderbolt device simultaneously on older MacBook Pro models. I have the 2019 model if the MacBook Pro and it’s honestly a bummer because I have long sessions with my audio interface and battery drains quick. If there us a solution I don’t know about, I’d live to be informed.

Worked great for my MacBook Air! Perfect external hardware that you absolutely need! If you have a MacBook without hdmi then you need this.

Solid device, well built and sturdy. My only complaint is that other than the two type c inputs at one side that connect to the computer there is nothing else keeping the other side locked. But great none the less.

Love how sturdy, and compact this hub is! It has all the extra ports I needed and more, while being void of its own cords really helps with clutter consolidation. The slim size makes it super easy to travel with and tuck away in any bag, and the connection to my Mac is very solid

I returned this , it didn’t fit with a case on but if you don’t use a case it’ll work great ! I liked it a lot but I need a case !
