Adding a SiriusXM satellite radio to my 14 year old JEEP looked like it would be a difficult installation. However, our Service Tech, Daniel, at the Trumbull CT Best Buy made it look simple. Once complete, the system looked and sounded as if it were a factory original. Everything done quickly, correctly and completely in one short appointment. Went in to best buy thinking i was going to try to hook up my stereo in the truck myself. Was told if i changed my mind they will do it for free because they was having a promotion where it was included with my purchased. So i took them up on it and they was able to work me in that night. It was done in less then a hour and the guys went above and beyond for me. Thanks !!

Although it took a while to schedule a service due to Covid and the install team not being open again yet. When I did get called back to schedule an appointment the tech worked me in that day due to them being out the next two weeks and me going on vacation the next day. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I really appreciated that!

Great service and great installation works great geek squad

I had to wait ten days to get my radio installed. I was told to return Wednesday. I did. I was told that the shop wasn't open. Management imformed me that one of their techs was out on leave due to illness and none of the other staff was trained to do it. Back in my time, when I accepted management positions I was trained to operate every position in the business. I came back the following week and Tom did an outstanding job installing everything with time to spare. He is a blessing.

LOLE LOVE LOVE MY NEW STERO!! Geek squad technicians were fantastic! My husband bought me a new stereo, I was not confident it would work in my old 2009 Honda CRV. The technician installed and interfaced it so well I couldn’t even tell that it was not the original stereo with my car. Really great work.

Best Buy Geek Squad Technician “AJ” is professional and knowledgeable tech. He installed a wired cable in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for a ReXit dash cam. He was neat and respectful. I appreciate his expertise. Employees like AJ at the Wellington Best Buy store certainly contribute to a positive reputation of the Geek Squad.
